La struttura non ha un parcheggio riservato

L’addetta alla reception del giorno dell’arrivo non era affatto ospitale, non ha dato consigli sull’abbonamento del parcheggio, sulle spiagge e ha consigliato di andare al ristorante, anche perché la cucina era sfornita di tutto. Inoltre le pulizie non venivano mai svolte se non su richiesta e a pagamento, così come il cambio degli asciugamani. La carta igienica bisognava ogni volta richiederla. Non proprio il massimo!

La stanza non era pulitissima, in particolare l’esterno aveva sedie, tavolino e stendino sporchi e molti aghi di pino. Inoltre, l’odore del bagno non era piacevole. Infine, non sapevamo dove lasciare la spazzatura in stanza, perché c’era solo il cestino del bagno. Nulla di grave, il soggiorno è stato comunque molto piacevole.

Am Freitag und am Samstag kann man vor 3 Uhr nicht schlafen, weil die Musik der Bar im Erdgeschoß unerträglich laut ist.
Obwohl im Appartement eine Küchenzeile mit Herd und Mikrowelle vorhanden ist, ist Kochen scheinbar nicht erwünscht. Es sind keinerlei Kochutensilien vorhanden, auch kein einziger Teller und kein einziges Glas.

The room hadn’t been properly cleaned when we arrived. The floors haven’t been swiped/mopped, there was dirt everywhere. The kitchen hobs had pieces of rice on it. The table and chairs haven’t been wiped - the chairs had lots of sand on them. In the bathroom the shower was full of sand , and the glass was dirty. I could go on but it’s boring. We quickly complained and were told we would receive a full deep cleaning of the apartment the day after - which we accepted happily but it meant we wouldn’t want to use the kitchen for the day, and had to stay the night in a dirty place. After we returned from the “deep cleaning” we realised that little had changed and there still was a lot of dirt everywhere. We went back to complain again to be told that we had to then speak to the cleaning staff to explain what exactly we wanted to be cleaned.. which I don’t think it’s necessarily my job as I am paying very good money to be on holiday, not getting paid. Anyway, after that the apartment was cleaned a bit better, still not to a standard you would expect for more than 200 euros per night, but we got bored of complaining and wanted to just get on with our holiday.

Mancano i servizi e soprattutto la cura con i dettagli: non c'è posto in doccia per appoggiare il shampoo/ bagnoschiuma. La pulizia è scarsa (abbiamo trovato un sacco di capelli di altri ospiti), nel loft ci sono lavastoviglie, padelle però non ci sono piatti e coperchi.

1. Душ. Я останавливалась в этом месте всего на ночь, но я так и не смогла разобраться как работает чертов душ. Что бы я ни нажимала, сколько бы ни ждала — все время текла холодная вода. И мне не хочется звать кого-либо, чтобы мне показали, что делать. Это душ! Я путешествую уже 36 лет, ни разу нигде такого не было. Если у вас есть какие-то особенности, то лучше предупредить гостей заранее, а лучше сразу показать. 2. Сервис. Это был не самый радушный приём. В этом отеле также жила моя подруга (заехала раньше и осталась дольше), и она тоже отметила, что человек на ресепшене неприветлив и не очень вовлечен в просьбы гостей.
