It was a nice experiense and the most important is exceptional staff attitude.
Pros:

It was my first time in china. The location is very nice and staff attitude were exceptional. The guy that attended to me was a great guy. Customer satisfaction was his priority. The appartment is very nice with smart toilet, nice and spacious kitchen but cooking pot need to be provided.

Cooking pot and cups need to be provided in the kitchen

Bien équipé, propre et proche de la ligne de métro 9, qui va directement dans le centre et donne accès à beaucoup d’autres lignes

Cons:

Les matelas sont très durs, les chambres ne sont pas du tout insonorisées, si bien qu’on se faisait toujours réveillé la nuit par des personnes qui criaient, et des odeurs de cigarettes très présentes jusque dans les chambres qui étaient également dérangeantes

Pros:

The staff at the reception was great and very sweet. Although they didn't speak much English they were always willing to help with a translator being polite and kind. And when I asked to change my room they immediately assisted me. The location although a bit far from the city center of Shanghai has its own vibe, is very relaxed, very close to a metro station and has amazing food. There is 24/7 reception also which is also great.

Cons:

The rooms are not soundproof, so if you are a lighsleeper, be prepared to possibly wake up from people walking on the corridor or talking on the phone. Maybe it will be fine for most people but I would def reccomend earplugs or booking one of the more premium rooms on the 3rd floor.

Nada, era sucio, el aire no funcionaba la ubicación lejos de todo, me salian como 30 dolares en didi de ida y 30 de regreso

Todo y el personal super apatico que le dije que me queria cambiar de hotel y me dijo que si queria hacer eso que me quedara en la sala de espera hasta que llegara el herente sl día siguiente

Inexpensive hotel with good staff.
Pros:

The staff were all very nice and helpful. I had no Chinese telephone number and they let me use their phone to contact airline.

Cons:

Location is a bit nowhere. Far to bund and pudong. The bathroom was a bit claustrophobic (it was clean though)
