Great size apartment

Cons:

Uncomfortable sofa and bed. No blind to block light in the bedroom. Very noisy neighbors in the other apartments.

Pros:

Locatie in de binnenstad en alles op loopafstand. Ruim appartement op de 3e etage met balkon. Keuken heeft basisvoorzieningen om zelf wat klaar te kunnen maken.
Fiets kan binnen staan op 1e etage of mee naar kamer.

Cons:

Airco functioneerde niet goed, viel steeds in storing. Beneden is cafe, houd daar rekening mee als je met raam.open wilt slapen. Slaapkamer heeft geen gordijnen, alleen een zonnescherm. Ramen aan balkonzijde hebben ook niet allemaal een gordijn.
Lift is buiten gebruik.

Staff helps quickly, but apartment way to expensive
Pros:

- staff helped quickly when i needed help

Cons:

- kitchen has a stove, but no pan/pot (or anything to cook)
- dirty corners/modest cleaning
- cracks in the wall
- very expensive for what the apartment is
