Man fühlt sich hinters Licht geführt!
Cons:

Das Bad war nicht im Zimmer sondern nur über den langen Flur erreichbar. Darauf war nirgends hingewiesen. Man fühlt sich hinters Licht geführt!
Entgegen der Beschreibung auch kleine Bademäntel und keine Hausschuhe im Zimmer. Was bei Bad und Toilette außerhalb des Zimmers zusätzlich ärgerlich war.
Dass die angekündigten „Pflegeprodukte“ nicht mehr waren als Duschgel in der Dusche - passt ins Bild!

Etwas andere Erfahrung in einem Aparthotel in Hamburg
Pros:

Die Lage war super, zwischen Bahnhof und Aussenalster.

Cons:

Wir hatten das kleinste von 3 Zimmern auf dem Flur. Ungewöhnlich war, dass man über den Flur gehen musste, um zu einem von 3 Bädern zu kommen. Das Bett war durchgelegen und die Matratze hatte eine merkliche Kuhle. Es gab zwar eine Küche im Souterrain, die wir allerdings nicht benutzt haben. Frühstück haben wir uns selbst organisiert.

Once I got over the drawbacks in terms of expectations it was a good place to stay
Pros:

The location suited us well and the room was quiet and sizeable

Cons:

This room did not meet my expectations- I felt misled by the description- I chose it for private bathroom and washing machine and tea making facilities in a mini kitchen - all of which I expected to be in what I thought was an apartment given the title Aparthotel Alster suite. However - the private bathroom was down the hall with the creakiest floorboards and accessed with a key, the tea making was in a shared kitchen downstairs and the washer dryer was also downstairs and in constant use for towels and not guests. We had to source our own toilet paper as there was not enough and no one to contact, and while I didn’t expect it there were no bathrobes or slippers as stated in the blurb. In the end I did use the washing machine and the kitchen and enjoyed our stay (except for fretting over toilet paper) but I feel the blurb could be much clearer

Pros:

Praktisch, weil nah am Bahnhof, sehr gross und sauber, gutes Bett!

Cons:

Als wir angekommen sind, war es uns gar nicht klar, dass es 2 Tueren mit derselben Nummer gab, und wo Zimmer (links,aber wir erst spaeter entdeckt) und Bad (rechts) waren.... das koennte besser erklaert werden. Danke.

Für eine kurze Nacht in HH würde ich das jederzeit wieder buchen.

Schöner, liebevoll gestalteter Altbau. Leider mit deutlichen Komforteinschränkungen.
Pros:

Top Lage im Zentrum. Liebevoll ausgewähltes Interior, perfekt renovierter Altbau.

Cons:

Das externe Bad über den Flur war bekannt, allerdings wäre die Bereitstellung von Bademänteln in diesem Falle sinnvoll.
Keine Trennung zwischen Wohn- und Schlafraum vorhanden (Vorhang wäre ausreichend), somit keine getrennte Temperatursteuerung möglich.
Die Stufen der Treppe zur externen Küche im KG sind abfallend und rutschig, somit nicht ungefährlich.
Die Wohnung ist leider extrem hellhörig, wodurch die Schlafruhe deutlich beeinträchtig wird.
Die Lage im EG ist leider in der Beschreibung nicht benannt.
