スタッフの方が大変親切、朝食も美味しくいただきました。列車降りて3-4分 街の真ん中で買い物、食事共に大変便利。シャワーは熱く充分な湯量
窓のない部屋で、たまたま停電にぶつかったことで不自由な思いをした(2時間程度で解消)
空調がないので外気温が上がると少し蒸し暑い。
ハンガーと整理棚がないので衣服の整理が不便。
チェックアウトタイムが早い
The arranged pickup did not occur and we had all our bags alone and could not find the hotel because the sign was so small and unclear.
The day we needed to leave and had arranged for bags to be taken to the bus with us no staff were available and it was right at check out time there was no one to be found working. We again needed to bring all our bags ourselves.
The music in the main area was so loud it was going in to our room all night and we couldn’t sleep. We had early morning wake ups and didn’t rest well because of the loud music and beds were not comfortable.

Ogromne, wygodne łóżko. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Specjalnie dla nas rozpoczęli śniadania wcześniej, przechowali bagaże. Czysto.
Nieuzupełniony pojemnik od żelu pod prysznic. Huczący szyb wentylacyjny za oknem. Dosyć duszno w pokoju.
Buona posizione. Colazione nella media.
Stanza stretta e con finestra interna da dove non entra completamente aria.

Ótimo custo benefício, bom café da manhã, próximo a estação de trem, equipe de atendimento muito simpáticos.
Não tem elevador, todos os andares são lances de escadas.
Limpeza e atenção dos funcionários
Quarto muito pequeno. Café da manhã bem fraco, sem opções.
O quarto estava extremamente limpo e ha serviço de retencao de bagagem apos check out, o que facilita muito. Tambem tem restaurante excelente logo abaixo.
A recepcao fica vazia de noite entao tive que pedir ajuda ao cozinheiro para entrar em contato com a recepção remotamente. Alem disso o chao dos corredores estava melado. Por fim o hotel fica em frente a linha de trem o que gera barulho.
Disfrutamos de una estancia fantástica en este hotel. Desde nuestra llegada, el personal nos recibió con mucha amabilidad y siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudarnos con una sonrisa. La limpieza de las habitaciones y de las áreas comunes fue impecable, reflejando un gran cuidado por los detalles.
La ubicación es excelente, ideal para recorrer la ciudad y acceder fácilmente a restaurantes, atracciones y zonas de interés. Además, destacamos la comodidad de las instalaciones y el ambiente tranquilo y acogedor, que hicieron que nuestra experiencia fuera aún más especial.
Sin duda, un hotel que combina un servicio excepcional, confort y una ubicación privilegiada. ¡Totalmente recomendado!
Really comfortable, the staff where super nice and the location incredible. Great breakfast and deals with neighbor restaurants for having lunch. Lastly, deeply appreciated the fact they had a smart TV able to cast streaming services.
Clean nice room with wooden decoration.
The big minus is the very loud music outside till 4am. Even though the room is nice and clean, the bottom line is that you should have a good night of sleep. The room is also above the restaurant. Music started playing at 5am. I recommend booking a hotel further away from the Main Street.
