Great location but not very suitable for longer stays
Pros:

The condo is located at the Palladium tower which is well sought after location and right down the street from the newer Festive mall area. The staff were very friendly and helpful every single day of our stay. The lobby is beautiful and updated and has nice cold a/c. Check in was easy as well! The queen size bed was comfortable and it even had a pull out trundle bed underneath. Beautiful view from the 10th floor balcony, facing the front of the building towards the sunset and mountains! Host was easy to contact during our stay for issues that came up!

Cons:

The bathroom is in dire need of an upgrade/maintenance. The shower is rusted, the pipes might be rusted as well because all the water coming out of the sink and shower smelled like rusted metal. The condo isn’t equipped for longer stays. My daughter and I were there for 2 weeks. There were only 2 towels, one roll of toilet paper, and one bar of soap. I had to buy my own towels and wash cloths, and get a laundry service to wash the only 2 that were there twice durning our stay. I also had to buy toilet paper and paper towels for the condo. It would be nice if the host could provided necessities for the duration of the guests’ stay, differentiating between a couple of days and a couple of weeks.

Great host, location is nearby Iloilo festive walk, unit was huge with 2 bathroom, clean and tidy. friendly staff .

great place, great location, clean and safe, friendly staff, great host
Pros:

location- near festive walk, mall, restaurant cafe and transport hub, easy access to airport and going around city proper. great view of the other side of the city, safe and clean, friendly staff, unit was big with 2 toilet and bath, responsive host

Cons:

the aircon needs tuning- a bit loud especially the one in the lounge…hesitant to use balcony.. feeling a bit unatable when you stand out there

A comfortable small apartment, well equipped
Pros:

A tidy small apartment, with plenty of equipment and good cooking facilities. Good shower and air conditioning. Very comfortable. Great sunset views over the hills. Good strong WiFi.

Cons:

No complaints, except living space is a bit on the cramped side.

Would recommend staying at this property.
Pros:

The location was very good and the suite was spacious.

Cons:

The only real issue was that the couch in the living room was very uncomfortable for sitting to watch the tv.

Cosy, Comfortable, Convenient
Pros:

The location is perfect, close to big shopping malls and right on the main road.
The town is quiet and clean.
The room is small but comfortable with everything you need to cook, a ref, microwave, storage and a spacious bathroom.
Very clean with comfortable bed.
Jhezz also offert us affordable bikes for rent and is available for advice in the area.
Would love to stay again, thanks for everything!

We ended up booking somewhere else although we already paid in full for our 2 weeks stay
Pros:

The host was very friendly and accomodating.

Cons:

The unit was in one of the top floors but you can still hear a lot of noise. During our stay there we didn't have even 1 good sleep, the construction beside the building was too noisy and there was no blackout curtain (only 1 that is see-through) so we had full sunlight in the main bedroom.

Great short stay for 4 days
Pros:

Check in and check out very easy. The apartment is very good equipped. It is near Festive Mall with a lot of possibilities to ride Jeepneys to several places of Iloilo.

Pros:

This is not my first time visiting the Philippines and it was my best experience, the apartment was very clean and had everything I needed, the owner was very helpful and answered all my questions immediately. The apartment is in a good location, walking distance to restaurants and a shopping center, clean well-maintained pool and gym
