Magnifique hôtel en plein centre ville
Pros:

Les piscines du 5eme et 9eme étage, le petit déjeuner, le roof top.

Magnifique hôtel, dommage pour la température de la piscine.
Pros:

Hôtel très moderne, très propre et un personnel aux petits soins.
Chambre très comfortable et équipement dernier cri.
Idéalement situé dans le centre ville, tout est faisable à pied.
La vue depuis les 2 piscines est incroyable.
Accès réservé pour les clients de l’hôtel à une petite plage très charmante juste en face avec une eau cristalline et rempli de poissons ( pour ceux qui aiment le snorkeling )
Petit déjeuner très bon sans être exceptionnel.

Cons:

Les piscines de l’hôtel sont vraiment trop froides, il faudrait vraiment les chauffer car impossible de rester longtemps dans l’eau.
Ascenseurs trop long.

Très bien mais… quelques détails à revoir!
Pros:

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel.

Le véritable point fort est incontestablement la vue, qui est absolument sublime. La chambre était également très propre et soignée, avec une vraie attention portée aux petits détails qui font la différence. Le personnel est discret, cordial et professionnel.

Cons:

En revanche, nous avons été très surpris et déçus par la gestion des transats autour de la piscine. Pour un établissement de ce standing et à ce niveau de prix, il est assez incompréhensible de se retrouver face à des comportements dignes d’un camping, avec des clients qui « réservent » leurs transats dès le petit matin en y déposant simplement une serviette, parfois sans les occuper pendant des heures.

Il nous a été quasiment impossible de profiter des lits installés sur l’eau, et certains jours, il était même compliqué de trouver un transat correctement situé.

À mon sens, il est inadmissible qu’un hôtel de cette catégorie laisse cette pratique s’installer sans intervenir ni mettre en place de règles claires. À ce niveau de prestation et de tarif, chaque client devrait pouvoir profiter équitablement des installations, sans avoir à se lever à l’aube pour poser une serviette sur un transat.

C’est vraiment dommage, car sans ce point, notre expérience aurait été excellente.

Good location, comfortable rooms
Pros:

Friendly staff (especially Vassilis was very helpful), spacious room, comfortable bed.

Cons:

We found the pool in the balcony inconvenient and unnecessary. I’d booked this hotel because it had its own beach, they do but it’s very small amd there are no facilities (bar, cabin etc), you have to go back to the hotel.

Les transats réservés depuis très tôt sans personne dessus
Aucune directive de l’hôtel, il y avait par exemple un couple qui avait pris deux big bed pour eux
C’est inadmissible et personne ne dis rien

Aussi pour les serviettes de plages on doit aller au spa ??? Alors que la piscine est au 9 eme et 5 eme ? Je ne comprends pas le concept

It was amazing
Pros:

The Concierge called Vasilis gave a very warm welcome and was very friendly; he helped us with parking and was very helpful in locating our rooms.

Cons:

The open pool was very cold and needed warming during cold weather. You can also cover a small part of the pool to shield it from the sun.
There are no entertainment activities; they need to add some entertainment options. The teens club was in poor condition and needs to be upgraded.

Was an amazing experience, would definitely recommend
Pros:

Amazing hotel, breakfast was excellent with a lovely view of the sea, room was good with a lovely view. Natalia at reception was polite and accommodating, Vasia was too, always had a smile on his face, and helped us with departure he was very polite and helpful we had very positive comments about him, we was eager to assist us with all our needs.

Super séjour.
Pros:

Excellent emplacement avec une superbe vue.
Chambre spacieuse avec un grand lit très confortable.
Excellent petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix.
Deux espaces de piscines. Présence d’une salle de sport.
Très belle décoration intérieure.
Merci Vassili pour le service voiturier. Personnel très sympa.

Cons:

Les matelas extérieurs vieillissent mal (hôtel assez récent). Un simple détail, le reste était parfait.
