Difficile trovare qualcosa! Se proprio devo dire qualcosa la piscina sia al quinto piano che quella in camera veramente gelate.

Splendido hotel ad un passo dal centro ,ristorante roof top eccezionale

Struttura stupenda bella le stanze ,piscina in balcone inutile ,pulizia ottima ma ogni tanto la camera sfugge e devi contatta la reception per le pulizie,ristorante e piscina 5 piani top soprattutto ristorante e personale ottimo in tutto cibo top ,piscina non gestita bene per un 5 stelle ,asciugamani già in posizione dalla mattina questo non va bene ,acqua della piscina troppo fredda ,spa bella ma troppo caos con ciambelle e bambini ,infine nota dolente reception ci sono alcune persone che non dovrebbero stare in una reception oltre al modo di porsi fredda e poco precisa ma anche poco accogliente,ho chiesto la fattura mi e’ stato detto da un addetta assolutamente non si può fare , poi ho chiesto ad un altra che subito prontamente l’ha fatta ,quindi seleziona meglio le persone la reception è il primo impatto per un hotel se entri e nessuno ti sorride ti accoglie ti saluta e anzi si trovi persone convinte e molte volte anche maleducate allora non è una buona carta di presentazione. Fortunatamente non tutte sono così ci sono alcune che sono molto professionali altre invece secondo me, che devono ancora imparare molto e quindi non dovrebbero stare in prima posizione
Per il resto ci ritornerei volentieri, soprattutto conoscendo le PEC che non sono eccessive e migliorando, potrebbero portare questo splendido posto a livelli molto alti

Pros:

Magnifique piscine principale au 5ème étage. Dimensions généreuses et vue imprenable.
Petit déjeuner exceptionnel. Grande diversité dans les propositions.
Personnel très aimable et serviable. Un plus pour Vasilis, très aimable et souriant, en charge de la gestion du parking et des bagages.
Hôtel parfaitement situé dans la ville pour profiter du centre et dîner à l'extérieur le soir.

Cons:

Odeur permanente de piscine ou eau traitée dans le hall principal et à la réception.
L'hôtel n'a pas de plage.
La "vue sur ville " des deux chambres (740 et 742) consistait en fait sur la vue sur les poubelles et bouteilles vides de l'hôtel.
Il faut surtout prendre "vue sur mer" car la vue sur ville n'en est en réalité pas une.
Bruyant le matin malgré le double vitrage vers 6 h 20 (livraisons ou poubelles, j'ai eu la flemme de me lever pour vérifier...)
Dommage pour un hôtel de ce standing.

Venir ici hors saison!
Pros:

La décoration intérieure qui fait penser à un paquebot de croisière et la parois rocheuse qui rappelle l'architecture de la ville.
Le magnifique SPA avec piscine intérieure et les deux piscines aux étages.
La qualité et la variété du petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Insonorisation mauvaise en tout cas du fait des comportements minables de la plupart des clients, notamment ceux qui traînent leur marmaille mal élevée : jusqu'à UNE HEURE du matin, des coups sur les cloisons, des chaises traînées au sol, des bruits de pas(certaines personnes marchent avec la légèreté des pachydermes...).
Le SPA si beau transformé en pataugeoire bruyante (et donc anti relaxation) par les mêmes parents qui, non contents d'avoir imposé leurs enfants horriblement mal élevés dans les piscines à débordement (et que je plonge et replonge en criant, et que je t'encourage à plonger sans cesse comme un décérébré...)se rabattent quand le soir tombe vers le pauvre SPA qui devient juste insupportable. Pourquoi autoriser des mineurs à accéder au SPA ??? : certaines installations peuvent même leur être dangereuses (un gamin d'environ 6 ans dans le hammam, vraiment nécessaire ??).
Mêmes comportements relevés lors du petit déjeuner.
En somme, bel hôtel mais accueil d'individus mal éduqués qui l'envahissent littéralement en Aout.
Conclusion : la prochaine fois un hôtel ADULTS ONLY!!
