Immer wieder schön
Pros:

Das Hotel ist wunderbar gelegen mitten im Grünen und dennoch sehr gut erreichbar. Wir reisen immer mit Hund und sind sehr sehr gerne dort.

Ottima colazione, Customer Orientation da migliorare assolutamente
Pros:

La posizione dell'hotel è davvero bella. Ovvero come partenza per le passeggiate in quota e per la tranquillità è perfetto. La camera era pulita e la colazione era ottima, ma non abbondante, e qualitativamente entusiasmante. Marmellate, prodotti bio e muesli di primissima qualità. Un piacevole risveglio.

Cons:

L'orientamento al cliente e la accoglienza sono dei punti che devono essere assolutamente migliorati. L'hotel è orientato ad una clientela di persone avanti con l'età oppure che hanno un deciso orientamento alle passeggiate in quota.
Dopo aver preventivamente telefonato per assicurarci che ci fosse parcheggio per la moto, siamo arrivati sul posto e ci è stato inizialmente risposto che "non hanno posto per la moto" ma solo per le biciclette. Con la faccia imbronciata poi, la Signora alla reception, ci ha concesso l'utilizzo del garage, dove la moto è stata poi effettivamente parcheggiata, senza creare alcun tipo di problema ai ciclisti, alle loro bici ed alla loro uscita di prima mattina. Per punizione invece ci è stata assegnata, nonostante ci fossero delle altre disponibilità, l'hotel non fosse pieno ed io avessi il Genius 3, una camera con vista interna su un muro a distanza di 3 o 4 metri. Nonostante fossimo in una splendida posizione di montagna.
Le camere sono "old style" ed i materassi portano i segni della loro età. Andrebbero cambiati, almeno quelli.

Rundum zufrieden!
Pros:

Das Essen im Haus ist außergewöhnlich gut! Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und bietet alles, was man von einem zeitgemäßen Hotel erwartet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Das Haus liegt abseits und sehr ruhig. Daher auch für Wanderer, Radfahrer sehr gut geeignet. Der Glantal-Radweg führt ganz in der Nähe des Hauses vorbei.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts zu kritisieren.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, mitten in der Natur. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ein sehr gepflegtes Haus! Das war bereits der dritte Besuch und wir waren immer sehr zufrieden. Die Philosophie des Hauses stimmt !

Sehr freundliches Personal, Frühstück immer frisch aufgefüllt, sehr gute und ruhige Lage, schöne Ausflugsziele in der Nähe, Gartenbereich sehr schön gestaltet...Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Ein wunderbares Hotel um zu entspannen. Unser Ziel war das Heimatmuseum Kusel, aber es vor allem auch zu Wanderungen ein
Pros:

Umgeben von Grün! Eine Oase der Ruhe.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist die wunderbare Küche des Hotels. Regional, nachhaltig und in Bioqualität. Die Preise waren absolut gerechtfertigt! Top!

Cons:

Die Matratzen waren uns persönlich zu hart.
Sonst alles prima.

Tolles ruhiges Wellness Hotel mit sehr gutem Essen und sehr freundlichem Personal.

Ruhige Waldrandlage.

Cons:

Betten schieben sich auseinander, Matratze zu durchgelegen. Duschkabinenglas etwas zu kurz geraten.

Schöner Aufenthalt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend
Pros:

Sehr ruhige Lage in der Nordpfalz, Zimmer ordentlich und sehr sauber. Personal war superfreundlich und auch das Essen im Restaurant war super lecker.
Der Frückstücksraum war leider etwas uncharmant. Die Speisen dafür sehr gut. Hier legt man Wert auf Bio und frisch zubereitet 👍

Cons:

Die Duschkabine war etwas klein und das Badezimmer hat keinen Abzug. Wir hatten leider keinen abgeschlossenen Balkon. Die Balkone waren für jeden begehbar. Etwas unglücklich, wenn man nachts die Balkontüre offen lassen möchte.
