Det var et svært trivelegt hotell, herlig å høre alle barna som såg ut for koste seg.
Pros:

Frukosten var svært bra, og svært kjekke og hjelpsomt personale.

Cons:

Her har eg ingenting å skriv, det var ingen ting å påpeke.

Pros:

Maten var bra, rommene var fine og rene, fine omgivelser med muligheten for å gå til abrahavn osv etter parken er stengt.

Cons:

Virket som lite opplært/ny resepsjonist, bestilte et rom for 3 (to voksne og 1 barn) og et ettmannsrom, når vi sjekket inn fikk vi beskjed om at det vi hadde bare bestilt handikaprom så fikk bare en dobbelseng noe vi sa var ok da vårt barn også kn sove i vår seng, men ikke som bestilt. Når vi gikk på rommene våre så vi jo at bestemor (som hadde etmanns) hadde fått dobbeltrom med køyesenger. Lite issue, men frustrerende etter en lang dag i parken, vi byttet bare rom oss i mellom.
I tillegg funket ikke TV’n på rommet, noe som er veldig kjedelig på et hotell hvor foreldre ofte blir låst på rommene pga barnas leggetid.

Burde også kommuniseres tydeligere at frokost IKKE er inkl.

Flott betjening og god mat, men en del å utsette på rommene
Pros:

Frokost og buffet (middag) var strålende. Det samme var personalet! Beliggenheten i nær tilknytning til Dyreparken var utmerket. Renholdet var flott.

Cons:

Rommet vendte rett ut i resepsjonen, noe som gjorde lufting umulig pga støy. Savnet klesskap / garderobehyller. Heller ikke noe bord til å sette fra seg ting på.
Likeledes var de andre rommene vi leide, altfor små for barnefamilier (2 voksne - 2 barn). Dette var langt dårligere enn hva vi er vant med fra andre hotell. Lytt mellom rommene,

Pros:

God frokost og fin beliggenhet

Cons:

Dårlig oppfølging av søppel på rommet. Mange små barn med bleier og det bør tømme søppel hver dag . Ingen bytte å håndklær. Små og trenge rom. Dyr frokost og bufeen på kvelden var dårlig varmmat .

Atrašanās vieta un skats no balkona🙂Ērta gulta un papildus guļvieta.

Cons:

Ļoti maza istaba un duša.Dārgi ,ņemot vērā, ka brokastis nebija iekļautas cenā.Balkons bija apaudzis zaļš ar aļģēm.Prasītos kārtīga tīrīšana.

Helt ok men veldig dårlig service

Cons:

Etter å ha blitt leid inn av en lokal hundeklubb hvor rommet var booket på dem måtte jeg betale frokost selv om d var med i rommet. Det var gitt beskjed på forhånd men allikevel måtte jeg få den ekstra utgiften. Uhyggelige ansatte og jeg kom for sent på jobb pga denne. Mens jeg hentet meg kaffe ble og maten min som var uspist ryddet bort. Og da var det tomt i fatene

Fantastic place to take small children for amazing memories
Pros:

Lovely hotel and the look on my five year old's face when he saw that our room overlooked the pirate bay was priceless.

Cons:

Nothing, the staff were really friendly, the breakfast was superb and the room was really nice. Just wish they had a lunch menu as we had to come back from the park because it had no lunch options due to a strike.
