Please note there is no reception in the VISIONAPARTMENTS building. Guests are required to upload a copy of their ID card or passport to our self-check-in platform, which will be accessible via a link sent after the reservation is made. The access code for the apartment will be provided on the day of arrival, once all required documentation has been submitted. Breakfast is served: Mon-Fri 07:00-11:00, Sat-Sun 08:00-12:00. Please note that the pictures are for illustrative purposes only and show examples of room categories. Additionally, there is no daily cleaning service at the property. Our signature items (e.g., toiletries) are provided as arrival amenities only and will not be replenished during the stay. Instructions to the room could have been better eg if in room 1 or 2 do not use main entrance but go via car park.
Toilet seat cracked and could be dangerous.

Cons:

Hotelcheckin und Parkplatz check in mühsam, mehrmalige Telefonate und E-Mails vor Ort notwendig. Gebuchter Parkplatz war bei Ankunft besetzt. Nach einer mehrstündigen Fahrt will niemand noch 30 min vor der Unterkunft x Telefonate, Mails und App-Messages hin und her senden, bevor man in den Parkplatz oder Appartement kann. In Zukunft werden wir wieder ein Hotel buchen mit normalem Check-in.
Frühstückbuffet war sauber aber sehr überschaubar was das Angebot angeht.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Nahe am See, nah am Zentrum und Bushaltestellen unmittelbar vor dem Haus.

Cons:

Das Selfcheck-in war übel. Der Vorgang war sehr mühsam um schlussendlich den Code zu erhalten. Ein Mail im Vorfeld mit der Aufforderung die Angaben vorher zu machen, wäre Kundenservice. In den 3 Tagen traffen wir 4 andere Gäsze mit genau dem gleichen Problem. Badezimmer hatte praktisch keine Ablagefläche auch keinen Platz 4 Handtücher aufzuhängen.

Very nice!
Pros:

Great location, comfortable bed and pillows, the kitchen was very useful - everything seems to be new!
Super nice balcony as well - with amazing view of the park and church

Cons:

Noise at night, the room felt too small, would be nice to have shelf’s in the bathroom or kitchen, but in general was good

El self-checkin no fue nada fácil. No te avisaban de que tuvieras que hacerlo online antes. Una vez hecho, se suponía que te tenía que llegar un código para entrar y no me llegó. Tuve que llamar a una centralita para que me lo mandaran manualmente. Una vez dentro del edificio, buscamos nuestra habitación y no sale en la leyenda de los pisos del edificio. Tuvimos que llamar otra vez a la centralita y nos dicen que esa habitación está detrás del edificio, que hay que salir e ir por fuera (por qué no informaron antes?!?!). Salimos y llegamos a la habitación que no tenía ni una sola ventana. En la habitación no hay ninguna información de nada y nosotros habíamos reservado con desayuno... por lo que tengo que llamar una 3 vez a la centralita para que me digan dónde y cuándo es el desayuno. Me dicen que el desayuno lo sirven en el restaurante de al lado. Si no llego a llamar, cómo lo habría sabido?!?! Lo hacen aposta ya que mucha gente no se molestará en llamar y así ahorrarse el desayuno?!?! Un servicio pésimo, la verdad.

Great property let down by cheap mattress and pillows.
Pros:

Everything worked and the staff were extremely professional.

Cons:

This was a really small room and even the staff were embarrassed by the size of it especially when you consider the price paid. The mattress was extremely cheap and soft as was the pillows but at least I was able to get an extra couple of pillows. With 30 deg. heat becoming normal in Europe and Switzerland you really need proper air conditioning and this was another facility blowing air, which does not get cold.
