Small bathroom if you are obsess. No elevator so it’s difficult for those who have health problem.

What didn’t you like about the property?

The fire alarm went off almost every day because the sensor is installed very close to the bathroom door. After taking a shower, the steam would trigger the alarm as soon as the bathroom door was opened. The same issue occurred while cooking.

The most disappointing part of my stay was the way the situation was handled by the duty manager. He entered the apartment without knocking and spoke to me in a very rude and unprofessional manner. He told me that I had only two options: either leave the property immediately or pay a €500 fine. I found this interaction humiliating and completely inappropriate for a hospitality professional.

I understand the importance of fire safety, but guests should be treated with respect, especially when the alarm system appears to be overly sensitive. Unfortunately, this experience has convinced me not to stay here again.

Stairs are very steep.

For holland it was awsome

Do not come near this place, especially if you have children! Our stay at this property was an absolute disaster and a threat to our safety:
1. Severe Security Breach: At 23:40, a security guard burst into our room, arguing loudly that the room should be vacant, even though we had 3 nights left. Our young children woke up crying in panic.
2. Zero Privacy & Peace: The building is a noisy construction zone. On June 1st at 7:00 AM, workers opened our bedroom windows from the outside while we were sleeping to paint frames. My 6-year-old son woke up terrified, thinking someone was breaking in. Workers were constantly shouting, blasting music, and drilling. Chemical/paint fumes filled the apartment.
3. Broken Infrastructure: The central AC was broken, hitting a suffocating 27.5°C. One bedroom AC was broken, the other was left disassembled, leaking puddles of water, and was completely black with dangerous mold and filth. The shower drain was deeply clogged, and the maintenance guy said they needed to tear up the pipes. Dead electrical outlets everywhere and thick dirt under the beds.

The apartment had a stench that wasn’t possible to get rid of.
The windows didn’t really open.
The street location was loud and dirty.
This was not a 5 star experience under Krasnapolsky name.

Non, but price is most expensive in area.

Pocos útiles de cocina, gran error que no tenga horno. Tuvimos que hacer malabares para poder hacer una lasaña. El extractor de la cocina no funcionaba y saltó la alarma de humos al freír huevos. Las cortinas se caen muy fácilmente al moverlas

We wished there would have been Wi Fi available.

Quizas no es importante pero que no se repusiese gel de baño ni jabón de manos.

J'ai juste une remarque à faire sans jugement sur l'établissement :
Nous arrivions après un séjour de 3 semaines, en mer puis en France, et nous repartions pour un séjour de 2 semaines en France avant de rentrer chez nous. Nous étions donc chargés ( 4 bagages soute de 23 Kg chacun et 2 bagages cabine)
Lors de notre départ, j'ai été triste de voir que les personnes en charge des bagages, un homme et un femme, ont été obligé de prendre les escaliers. Je pensais qu'il y avait un autre moyen que les escaliers.
Il faudrait donc si cela est possible améliorer votre process pour ce personnel.

The entire apartment is NOT at all up to the standard of a 4 star hotel. It is managed by a company not associated with the hotel, but rather their 'partner'. The air conditioning was broken for the entire building, no internet, the upholstery on the chairs and couch were worn and ripped, scratched floors, outdated furnishings, strong smell of marijuana, house cleaning left cleaning products in the bathroom multiple times... the list goes on and on. Do NOT stay here. The location is central.

One of the doormen. I dont remember his name, tall guy, name starting with a P maybe. He thought my luggage (I bought a lot and also cheap luggage, and a swiss plastic reusable grocery bag,) was a bit too "messy" for him. I only had an hour to get my taxi, so I did not want to put my luggage in storage. I knew what he was implying so I said I would move my luggage behind the pillar so that it was harder to see from the entry. I wont be returning to Krasnapolski because of him.
