Pros:

Como ficamos em Apartamento, o nosso check in foi disponibilizado bem antes do horário estipulado, o que foi muito satisfatório, pois ja tínhamos que sair de outro hotel e tudo foi solucionado!
O acolhimento do funcionário AZIZ foi o melhor!Merece tudo de bom, ele!🤝🏻 Nos fez nos sentirmos em casa, com tamanho acolhimento!

A equipe toda de housekeeping (limpeza) estão de parabéns pela educação, limpeza e simpatia.

A localização do Apartamento de frente aos canais de Amsterdam. Região bem badalada!
Nos fornecem cobertores, água filtrada, reposição de cafés.

Cons:

A princípio nos alocaram em um apartamento que tinha como acesso alguns lances de escadas bem íngremes, impossível o acesso para idosos, pessoas com problemas de locomoção e com malas pesadas! Porém relatamos nosso descontentamento e o problema foi solucionado!

Was perfect stay
Pros:

Very nice staff and helpful
All services available same as hotel
Even if something needed (extra towels, extra days cleaning, baggage’s concierge ….) just with a call and it was solved
I was really satisfied about my stay in this apartment.

The hotel management did upgrade us to a hotel room when we told them of the things not right..
Pros:

Breakfast was not included in our booking. Location was excellent.

Cons:

The apartment was not modern it was very old. The aircon did not work. There was a piece of aluminium holding the carpet down that was sticking up and my husband nearly tripped on it. It was not good considering the cost. There was no wi fi which is very important when travelling.

Pros:

Close to everything of interest. So no need to spend money on Cabs. Apartment was separate but close to hotel so had access to wifi & internet.

Cons:

So small appliances “just” worked. Almost toy like. Spend a few more bucks and buy useful /needed equipment that will do the job. Such as toasters, microwave, kitchen ware.

Location was great and staff was so friendly and helpful.

The steps to the basement but it wasn’t a huge problem. Just not my favorite.

Not what we expected but a typical canal side apartment.
Pros:

Central location, close to many different food outlets & bars, staff friendly, beds comfortable.

Cons:

The apartment was not as advertised (pictures) on booking.com.
More dated than expected, needed a thorough deep clean. Several maintenance issues & a major safety issue as no railing or bar across the front windows.
No clothes dryer, one of the main reasons I booked this apartment. The staff were helpful & had our clothes taken away for drying.

Great experience and great service!
Pros:

Great location. Central to lots of attractions. Walking distance to the train station, main canals, city center, shopping, restaurants, red light district, etc. It is a very, very busy area. If you are looking for a more quiet location, this is not it. We loved our stay!

Pros:

We had booked an apartment. When we arrived their were 45 stairs to the apartment with no lift. Not suitable at all for someone with mobility issues. But David managed to find us another one with a lift access... and while waiting for it to be serviced we were offered a complimentary drink with mixed nuts.

Cons:

Would have liked some hand washing solution in bathroom. Everything else good

L'accueil à l'arrivée avec prise en charge des valises. Les serviettes, le confort des lits, les dosettes de café et thé, le lave linge, les produits de beauté, le ménage fait 2 fois dans la semaine sans coût supplémentaire

Cons:

Les escaliers étroits et en collimasson, la chambre donnant sur une ruelle bruyante (vitre simple vitrage), le canapé lit pas fait à l'arrivée, le manque d'équipement de la cuisine, le problème électrique lors du séjour, la poussière présente

Could not get more central, not too loud despite the area. Large family friendly apartment

Brilliant apartment for a big family. Very spacious, perfect location.
