Belles prestations dans l'ensemble, mis à part le coût excessif d'un animal de compagnie......
Pros:

Très belle piscine ; Spa bien sympathique ; Grande chambre ; Diner à la carte très bon, mais prix assez élevés.

Cons:

Les animaux domestiques sont admis dans l'hôtel, mais pour un prix de 22 euros par nuit et par animal. Je trouve cela excessivement cher !!! Dommage, cela nous fera réfléchir à 2 fois, la prochaine fois que nous voudrons réserver une chambre....

Lage und ältere Häuser haben einen gewissen Charme

Cons:

Zimmer sehr in Jahre gekommen. Betten mit durch geschlissenem Bettzeug bezogen. Halterung Föhn nicht mehr fest an der Wand.

Goed en schoon, maar niet gezellig.

Het hotel en het bedienend personeel ws werkelijk fantastisch.

Cons:

Elke avond was het hotel om 21:00 uur afgesloten en de prachtige bar en louche werden totaal niet gebruikt, hierdoor ontbrak het in het hotel aan gezelligheid.

Un 3 étoiles mais pas plus...

Cadre général de l'hôtel, équipement Spa piscine mais dommage que les saunas et hamac soient mis en service qu'à 13h...dans un 4 étoiles...

Cons:

La chambre que nous devions avoir ( photos sur notre réservation ) était dans la zone où toutes les chambres disposent d'un balcon équipé, on nous a d'abord proposé la chambre 15 pas très moderne qui n'avait pas de balcon et était très bruyante en proximité de la route nous avons finalement eu la chambre 17 pas plus moderne mais un peu plus calme, mais toujours sans balcon...dommage c'était important pour nous. Petit déjeuner très décevant. A 9h45 alors qu'il fermait à 10h30, plus de croissants, plus de jus de fruits, plus de fromage, plus de fruits frais (pastèque, melon...) impression d'être en retard et de déranger la mise en place de midi, personnel pas très accueillant sachant qu'on est sur un 4 étoiles ! Partie Spa saunas et hamam mis en service qu'à 13 h...a température que vers 14h30. C'est bien de mettre une carafe de boisson à disposition au spa...mais chaque jour à 16h elle etait vide et personne ne la re rempli, aucun service et suivi au spa. Bref un bon 3 étoiles familial mais qui aurait besoin d'un petit dépoussiérage mais pas au niveau d'un 4 étoiles surtout au vu du tarif et de la concurrence locale ..

4 night "vacation"
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Even though we only speak Czech and English, and there was a language barrier at times, they really made an effort to communicate with us, which we really appreciated. The room was very spacious and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax. The swimming pool was warm (around 30°C), clean, and a nice place to unwind. The food was a bit expensive, but it was worth every penny. Everything we tried was delicious and of excellent quality and I especially recommend the Zwiebelrostbraten. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
