Cons:

The room boy asked for money while I was leaving, even though he had not provided any assistance. I found this uncomfortable and unnecessary. Management should consider informing staff not to expect or ask guests for tips, as they are already salaried for their work.

Cons:

room was not cleaned, the AC can only be switched on or off, there is no temperature control, it automatically cools down to even 19 or 18 degrees making unbearable. floors were somewhat not clean. I dont know if this happened due to the hotel cleanliness - but my entire family got sick after checking out from the hotel. there is no drinking water supply, no morning complimentary tea/coffee, no heater / geyser (only morning 3 am to 10am). Very average stay for me.
