Pros:

El apartamento es tal cual cómo se ve en las fotos, sus dimensiones son amplias y es muy cómodo. Es parte de un bloque de apartamentos en planta baja con estacionamientos para autos frente a sus entradas individuales. El acceso al estacionamiento es primero por una barrera y luego por un portón automático, lo que garantiza la seguridad. A nivel de ubicación está muy próximo al área de “Policlinico” (Excelente opción si vas a Bari por una derivación médica) y algo alejado del centro histórico. Si no quieres mover el auto, para ir al centro, hay opciones de bus, aunque las esperas pueden ser largas (por lo menos el domingo) y puedes pagar incluso con tarjeta de crédito o débito. Muy fácil en check in, Zaira lo siguió a distancia dado que llegamos de noche, y siempre estuvo disponible y respondiendo con rapidez.

Cons:

Todo estuvo muy bien, tal vez la ubicación no fue la ideal, pero permitió entrar y salir de Bari con gran facilidad y rapidez.

Pros:

L’endroit a plusieurs avantages appréciables. D’abord, le stationnement est extrêmement pratique (dans une cour sécurisée) : inutile de se creuser la tête, la voiture est garée directement devant l’appartement, un peu comme dans les motels en Amérique du Nord. Ensuite, la cuisine est un vrai plus, car manger au restaurant tous les jours devient rapidement coûteux et souvent décevant. À proximité, il y a aussi un supermarché Famila qui propose des plats préparés à emporter ; il suffit ensuite de les réchauffer au micro-ondes, ce qui constitue une option à la fois économique et relativement saine. La propreté est impeccable. Ajoutons l'aspect vaste du studio qui ressemble plus à un appartement qu'à une chambre même si cette dernière n'est pas fermée. Un sofa-lit comfortable (c'est rare!) grâce à un matelas à mousse mémoire. Le tout sans plume (allergène). Enfin, l’emplacement est très pratique : le vieux Bari peut se faire à pied (environ 1 h 30 aller-retour) et, en voiture, l’accès à l’autoroute est rapide.

Cons:

Le seul véritable inconvénient de l’appartement est l’insonorisation : les murs sont très fins et l’on se retrouve facilement à la merci du bruit des voisins, qu’ils soient à côté ou à l’étage supérieur.

La personne qui s'est occupée de notre réservation jusqu'à notre séjour était parfaite, tout était bien prévu et organisé

Les voisins de bâtiment étaient un peu bruyants mais l établissement n y peut rien...nous nous sommes retrouvées probablement en pleine retrouvaille familiale ...

Good connectivity by car to main town.
Great communication with the host Z, via WhatsApp before, during and after check out.
The refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, TV worked well as expected.

Cons:

Payment is done on site, so need to plan a bit extra time for the same.
The handicap room was not as per original description, but wasn't a deal breaker.
The air conditioning and ventilation could have been better.

Good studio far from the old town
Pros:

Big studio. Apart of the double bed there is also a sofa and a table with chairs inside. There is also a kitchen corner. There is parking place in front of each studio.
They have self check in procedure and you could accommodate after the published check in period. Location is good for exploring the area outside of the city - fast exit from Bari.

Cons:

Even though we arrived before 4 p.m. we made self check in. We receive instructions by WhatsApp. Again by massages in WhatsApp we were informed that there will be no staff on Sunday. They asked politely if we need something but it is a little bit annoying instead of just granting the normal accommodation service.
The location is too far from the old town. There is no normal taxi service in Bari. The city transport is not so good especially during the weekend. This makes the movement in the town a challenge.
The boiler for heating water was too loud.

Ungenauer Beschrieb führt zu Missverständnissen!
Cons:

Leider sah man bei der Beschreibung nicht, dass die Wohnung ebenerdig ist. Auf den Fotos sah man nur die parkieren Autos. Dass sich dahinter die Wohnungen befinden, konnte man nicht erahnen. Da wir beide eine Phobie für ebenerdige Wohnungen haben, konnten wir diese nicht beziehen. Das haben wir der Vermieterin mitgeteilt, mussten aber trotzdem den ganzen Betrag bezahlen. Schade! Ein kleines Entgegenkommen hätte uns sehr gefreut.
