Pros:

The staff's attention to detail and thier grace.
All the amenities were well attended to.
Great location with an infinity pool.

Cons:

The noise outside from the building next door , especially the corner suites, made the two balconies redundant. I can't imagine anyone could enjoy sitting out there with the roar of the huge extraction exhaust fans and refrigerated
delivery trucks. Thankfully the glass doors seem to be triple glazed and the roar disappeared. The sunset was lovely coming in over the marina. However next time I'll take the ocean side. 👍

Pros:

Wir haben ein kostenfreies Upgrade erhalten und hatten plötzlich eine Ocean Corner Suite. Die war traumhaft, bequeme Sitzmöbel auf der Terrasse, große Räume.
Der Infinity-Pool war toll.

It was as above.
Pros:

Location is beautiful. I would have liked a drink or coffee without needing to go poolside.
The location surely would lend itself to serving breakfast, without the need to dine in room.

Cons:

I requested to be located on the same level as another guest. That request was never positively confirmed, not even at checkin that was for us an accidental discovery. Communication was in my opinion poor and certainly not consumer focused. Interestingly I was in a room an interconnecting door.
I received sms the night before checkin, when I reiterated my request, still no attention to my request.
It is a beautiful venue, staff attention to consumer request needs attention.

Luxurious, when walking in the front entrance we were in awe and signature sent was so good!

Definitely not 5 star.
Pros:

The rooftop pool and views

Cons:

Extremely hard and uncomfortable bed. Only foxtel unable to stream Netflix. Not enough food options. Food expensive and not a lot to choose from. Most staff unfriendly or just not really well engaged.

We had such a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We only stayed one night but left feeling so relaxed and refreshed.
Pros:

The property was beautiful. The rooms are clean and roomy with beautiful views over the ocean or marina. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar is amazing with the best views.

Had a pleasant stay
Pros:

The rooms were very nice, loved the balcony and the bathroom, the in room dining was good and the rooftop pool was great if not a bit windy. Was also good that could utilise facilities at casino. The day spa was very good.

Cons:

Was a long walk to city centre and the strand and had to walk to casino to hire scooters which gets pricey with 2 people twice a day. A bit annoying that rooftop dining wasn’t opened for lunch everyday.
