The stairs are really heavy, my Mom had a hard time going up and down
The pool was not well cleaned
The restaurant takes a really long time to get back with the food

They may want to include:
a microwave on the rooms
Where to hang the wet clothes
Baby diapers changing tables inside any of the bedrooms close to the pool
Coffee, Tea, hot water at the Lobby
Open the restaurant earlier than 9:00, at least 1:00 hr early.

La ubicación. La atención de parte de los chicos en el front desk quienes fueron muy amables en todo momento.

Pros:

Modern and on the beach. The beach was flat and beautiful as was the outdoor space with lights and such.

Cons:

Unresponsive to messages on booking and via the messaging app as I tried several times to get an answer.
Staff need to be better trained in hospitality in terms of greetings, and how to serve on a tray and such. They were learning so that is ok…just need maybe more practise. Angel was great though!
