Die Lage die ich mit der Familie nicht genießen konnte.

Cons:

Ich bin absolut enttäuscht und schockiert von dieser Unterkunft. Nach einer anstrengenden, 15-stündigen Fahrt kamen wir wie vorab vereinbart um 22:00 Uhr an. Vor Ort: Keine Rezeption besetzt. Wir haben 45 Minuten vergeblich auf das Personal gewartet. Erst nach einem Telefonat wurde uns lieblos der Code für den Schlüsseltresor genannt.
Doch der eigentliche Schock kam im Zimmer:
1. Ungeziefer: Der gesamte Boden war voller Ameisen.
2. Fehlende Betten: Gebucht war schwarz auf weiß für 4 Personen (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder). Für die Kinder gab es jedoch kein Bett, sondern nur ein Sofa.
3. Unverschämter Service: Als ich beim Personal anrief, um das Problem zu klären, wurde ich dreist gefragt, ob ich überhaupt Kinder hätte – obwohl es eindeutig in der Buchung stand!
Eine absolute Katastrophe. Nach der langen Fahrt mussten wir die erste Nacht mit den Kindern im Auto schlafen, weil dieses Zimmer unzumutbar war.
Am nächsten Morgen haben wir zum Glück eine andere, traumhafte Unterkunft gefunden – und das sogar viel günstiger. Dieses „Hotel“ (wenn man es überhaupt so nennen kann) habe ich komplett aus meinem System gelöscht. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen, spart euch den Ärger!

Onze ervaring bij Moon Suites was ontzettend positief. Vanaf het eerste moment zijn wij heel vriendelijk en warm ontvangen, waardoor we ons direct op ons gemak voelden.

Wat vooral opviel, is hoe compleet en goed verzorgd de suite is. Er was een wasmachine, strijkijzer, waspoeder en een volledig ingerichte keuken met alles wat je nodig hebt. Je merkt dat echt aan alles is gedacht.

De hygiëne was top: alles was schoon en netjes. De bedden waren comfortabel en zorgden voor een goede nachtrust. Daarnaast had elke kamer een eigen airco, wat het verblijf extra aangenaam maakte, vooral bij warm weer.

Vorig jaar verbleven wij al in de buurt, maar toen in een andere suite. Dit jaar hebben wij bewust voor Moon Suites gekozen omdat deze op Booking hoger scoort, en daar zijn we achteraf ontzettend blij mee. Het bleek een uitstekende keuze.

Mevrouw Nergiz is bijzonder gastvrij en vriendelijk en staat altijd klaar om te helpen. Ondanks dat we voor de officiële check-in tijd aankwamen, mochten we toch eerder inchecken, wat wij enorm hebben gewaardeerd.

Kortom: een zeer comfortabel, schoon en goed verzorgd verblijf met een geweldige gastvrijheid. Wij zijn heel tevreden en zouden Moon Suites zeker aanraden aan anderen.

We had a very pleasant stay at Moon Suites in Antalya. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a great place to relax.
A special thank you to Nargiza, who provided exceptional customer service throughout our stay. She was incredibly friendly, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had everything we needed. Her hospitality really made a difference.

Cons:

The only downside is that the hotel is not within walking distance of the best beaches, so you'll need to drive if you want to visit them. However, the hotel provided a complimentary shuttle to L'Arena Beach and even covered the cost of the chairs and umbrellas, which we really appreciated.
