Una escapada espectacular
Pros:

Nos encantó la decoración con productos de Nordic Nest, le da un toque muy elegante al complejo y las habitaciones.
Sin duda, lo mejor fue la comodidad de la cama y almohadas. Además, tiene aire acondicionado que es imprescindible en verano.
El personal es muy servicial destacando a todos los integrantes, y la ubicación es inmejorable, sin duda repetiremos.

A friendly charming accomodation in a beautiful part of Madrid
Pros:

Old but well maintained property. The staff are extremely helpful, polite, welcoming. The receptionist even moved our bags uo a flight of stairs even though she did not have to. The location is superb.
Anything we needed we just had to ask.
The rooms are comfy and cosy.

Cons:

We found everything to our satisfaction.

I would stay there again!
Pros:

Better room than my first time; spacious, comfortable. Great AC. The fact they received me with a welcome back note! Priceless! They always add a bottle of wine and water that's included in the price also.

Cons:

Jus the fact they don't have water or ice and no food service; but I already knew after my first time.

Except for the bathroom, we very much enjoyed our stay and would consider to stay again!
Pros:

Excellent location, staff is kind and professional, rooms are very comfortable, and property is well maintained.

Cons:

Bathrooms could use a renovation, especially the shower which was awkward to use and had a mild smell of mold :(
