Quirky place in heart of the action
Pros:

The host was kind enough to change our room which had a mezzanine to one on one level. When the water was out in all of San Juan, she was quick to notify us, provided gallons of water and was able to turn on her water supply briefly. Bed was comfy, big bathroom with hot shower. Restaurants and bars only steps away. We were in room 11 and never were disturbed by the music played loudly in all the bars. There was a communal kettle and hair driers.

The room was great and the host was better.
Pros:

It was a great location and the the host was amazing. She was very accessible and attentive to all of our needs. She was really friendly and I highly recommend renting a room from her.

Cons:

Nothing. It was as advertised and the host was a welcome and unexpected bonus.

Great location. Easy check in and early access was a bonus

Cons:

It’s not really a hotel. There’s no signage on the outside. It’s directly across from three pretty loud clubs. Our room was in front.

Right in the middle of all the action. Clean, beautiful master loft bedroom. Great shower water pressure. Fridge. All you need for a couple that wants to party.

Cons:

The pullout sofa bed is a 4ft x 3 foot futon that does not fit an adult. We checked in late so had been messaging the property owner all along saying we needed the futon made up. They never left any sheets or pillows for the futon. And never answered our messages. Also we stayed on a Thursday night and the property is above several nightclubs so the blaring music and people outside were very loud until 3am or so.

La ubicación lo fue todo
Pros:

Es excelente para el que va a disfrutar del viejo San Juan, pues lo puedes caminar porque hay muchas cosas cerca. Te dan la opción de guardar las maletas si llegas antes del checkin,

Cons:

El timbre está inasequible y se puede dificultar el contacto cuando llegas si no has pagado antes para que te den toda la información del acceso. (ojo: paga antes de llegar)

No hot water for showers. Very noisy neighbors late at night . Stairs up are very narrow.

Stay here, have fun, enjoy Old San Juan
Pros:

Older building and facility with lots of character located in the heart of the action of Old San Juan which for some may not be great but we loved it. Little balcony overlooking the activity. Great stay amongst all the night life

Cons:

Have to carry your luggage up the stairs
