Pros:

Olivier est un hôte très accueillant. Il vous ouvre les portes de son logement et se montre très discret. Mais il est toujours là pour vous donner des conseils si le besoin s'en fait sentir. Top.

Very welcoming and comfortable

Lovely host, very friendly and helped us a lot with figuring out how to get to different spots in Brussels!

Pros:

Franchement j'ai tout aimé que sa soit l'accueil la gentillesse et la serviabilité ainsi que l'ambiance je recommande plus que tout ce logement vous ne serez vraiment pas déçus et vous en profiterez au mieux de votre séjour

My Enjoyable Visit
Pros:

Wonderful host and hostess. Very art centered decorations. Host is a photographer and has awesome photos from around the world.

Cons:

They are collectors with a limited amount of space. But their collections are very interesting.

Everything was good. The owner is a kind and helpful man. We were hosted well. Everything was accessible and clean. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for safe stays. The location has good connections to the center and other places. ✨

Très mauvais souvenir de cette expérience
Pros:

Un hôte très sympathique, avec beaucoup d'humour et attentif à ses invités,

Cons:

Trop vieillot, bordélique et étriqué à mon gout. Des pièces des années 70, dans leur jus d'origine avec probablement très peu de travaux réalisés depuis leur construction. Fenêtres métalliques obsolètes sans isolation et dont les montants présentent rouille ou moisissures. Les rideaux déchirés et réparés au scotch. Des murs défraichis. Un matelas d'époque (probablement du 20ème siècle) avec trous, bosses et dont l'un des côtés très affaissé sur une bonne trentaine de centimètres rend difficile de dormir à 2 dedans. Un drap housse blanc jauni. Une housse de couette criblée de trous. Une odeur mélange d'encens, tabac froid et d'humidité. On a même trouvé des bestioles transparentes sous les draps. Une salle de bain avec une odeur de chien mouillé, des joints sales et moisis malgré une apparence plus récente de la faience. Et un lave linge planté dans le milieu de la pièce. Certes le prix est raisonnable mais même gratuit je n'y remets pas les pieds !

Pros:

Siempre hay algún pero que poner, pero al final es insignificante como para tener que ponerlo por aquí, en general la estancia ha estado bien, el transporte a 5 minutos andando y tanto la cama, como tamaño de la habitación y comodidad genial y el recibimiento y la atención de Oliver ha sido de 10, a pesar de no controlar mucho el idioma el hace por entenderlo :)
Sobre la casa no diría " trastos, como he leido" si no museo ( bajo mi punto de vista). :)
Repetiría donde Oliver si tuviera que volver a Bruselas.

Pros:

You shouldn't expect the strict tidiness of a hotel, but rather a warm welcome from the host. It's more like visiting your uncle in Brussels, who let you sleep in one of the rooms in his old, yet very cozy apartment. An outstanding ratio of quality to price, lots of little hints about the city and even a little food if you ask nicely :)
