I had to move the refrigerator to another socket, because it was not working (I sent a message about the refrigerator, but nobody cared)

Das Hotelpersonal wahr sehr sehr nett

Cons:

Das Hotelpersonal war wirklich sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuverlässig. Man hat sich bemüht und regelmäßig gefragt, ob wir etwas brauchen. Auch Wünsche wie Reinigung oder Nachfüllen von Toilettenpapier wurden nach Hinweis direkt erledigt. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung.

Allerdings war das Hotel insgesamt eher ungepflegt und deutlich renovierungsbedürftig. Besonders der Teppich, die Gardine die Schubladen sowie Geräte wie der Föhn sollten dringend erneuert oder repariert werden. Man merkt leider, dass einiges im Hotel in die Jahre gekommen ist und modernisiert werden müsste.

Insgesamt also ein gemischter Eindruck: menschlich und vom Service her sehr freundlich, aber der Zustand des Hotels entspricht leider nicht ganz den Erwartungen.

It worths what u pay :)
Pros:

This hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from Galata and Karakoy, where you can easily catch ferries or public transportation to the historic center or the northern part of the European side. At first glance, the area might not seem like the best, but it's absolutely safe, and despite the city traffic, the hotel is quiet. The owner's children welcomed us warmly, and the owner himself and his staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel's highlight is the veranda where breakfast is served, which offers a beautiful view of Istanbul.

Cons:

The only downside might be the room, which, while comfortable, could use some updating and repairs, especially the towels, which have holes or stains (although they were clean). For the price, it's an absolutely excellent choice.

За таку ціну дуже добре. Гарне розташування. Вид з вікна. До Galata Tower 9 хвилин пішки

Розташування, таксі та служба доставки дуже легко знаходили це місце. Недалеко автобусні зупинки. Пішки можна дійти до деяких визначних мість. Тераса для сніданків

La ducha del baño tenía problemas de drenaje. Aparte de eso todo estuvo espectacular. Bonita habitación y bien equipada. Cama muy cómoda

Pros:

Proximité avec tous les monuments importants d’Istanbul, rien à déclarer, chambre comme convenu avec tous les équipements

Cons:

La propreté laisse à désirer : tâches sur les draps, salle de bain mal nettoyé (aération bouchée par la poussière, poils sur les toilettes, etc.)

La ubicación

Cons:

El hotel estaba sucio, de reformas. Muy poco mantenido. Muchas cosas rotas o sucias. Las fotos muy desactualizadas, da la sensación de que no se ha mantenido desde que se abrió. Se fue la luz un par de veces y en consecuencia te quedabas sin agua caliente varias horas. Bastante cutre.

Great, central location, yet also quiet and set back from the main street. The breakfast room has incredible views and the breakfast was good. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The bathroom had a bit of of a smell, but we just kept the door closed and it was not an issue.
