État des lieux hôtel galatagrenneappel
Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé ont vraiment à proximité de tout, notamment les transports les marchets différents lieux de promenade.

Cons:

Les images des chambres et des salles de bains ne coïncide vraiment pas avec la réalité beaucoup de défauts d'installation, les filles électriques en apparence dans la salle de bain, absence de bouton poussoir de la chasse d'eau, les pieds des lits qui tiennent à paine et qui bouges, les portes des mini frigidaire qu'ont ne peut pas fermer car cassé et ne fonctionne pas pour certains très déçu puisqu'il ont pas tenu compte de notre demande du fait qu'ont souhtais être loger dans le même étage avec nous enfant mais ça n'a pas était le cas vraiment déçu et surpris de l'état de l'hôtel en arrivant.

Pros:

Il personale fin dall'inizio è sempre stato gentile e disponibile. In quanto 2 ragazze che viaggiavano ci siamo sempre sentite al sicuro. La camera era spaziosa e ben arredata.
È stato un piacere!

Cons:

Locația hotelului, pe o străduță îngustă, inghesuită. Până la urmă nu am stat la acest hotel, pt că nu mi au plăcut camerele și amplasarea lui. L am rugat pe donmul de la recepție să anuleze el rezervarea si mi a spus ca o face a doua zi ca nu are cum, cu toate ca stiam ca pe Booking se poate face. Abia a doua zi am primit mesaj de la Booking cu mesajul că nu m am prezentat la locatie și rezervarea a fost anulată.

Pros:

Habitación amplia y bonita ,me tocó por suerte en el primer piso , espejo de pie y nevera , a 5 min a pie de Galata y del metro , cerca de Karakoy, lugar muy tranquilo, hotel pequeño.

Cons:

No había papel de vater, no cambiaron sábanas ni toallas en 7 días, la TV no se veía ningún canal , no había hervidor de agua , el Wc salía agua de color oscuro .
No hay ascensor , desayuno super básico; huevos, dos tipos de cereales, pepino, tomate, olivas , pan,leche y queso.
No café .
