Meine subjektive Einschätzung:
Das Zimmer lag im Neubau neben dem Treppenhaus, man hörte die Türen schlagen. Insgesamt war das Haus hellhöriger als erwartet.
Bahnlinie keine 10 m vom Haus entfernt.
Die Bahnschranke an der Straße ist ca. 150-200 m entfernt und bimmelt beim Öffnen/Schließen, wenn alle 15 Min. ein Zug vorbeifährt. Obwohl die Züge relativ leise sind und ohne Oberleitung fahren, hört man sie - auch bei geschlossener Balkontür.

Tolle Zimmer mit Meerblick und einem hervorragenden Frühstück.
Pros:

Unser Zimmer war im Neubau. Super geräumiges Zimmer mit Balkon zur Seeseite. Besonders zu erwähnen ist aber das Frühstücksbuffet und der super aufmerksame und zuvorkommende Kellner, der zum Frühstück Dienst hatte. Wirklich klasse👍

Cons:

Zwischen dem Hotel und der Promenade verläuft eine Straße und eine Bahnlinie direkt am Hotel entlang. Das liegt eben an der zentralen und gleichzeitig strandnahen Lage. Sonst wirklich alles topp.

Es war ein rund um gelungener Aufenthalt

Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig mit vielen verschiedenen Köstlichkeiten. Der Strand unmittelbar vor der Tür und der Sonnenaufgang vom Balkon aus zu genießen. Einfach perfekt

Tolles Hotel, mit einer guten Lage, leckeres Frühstück und ein sehr gutes Personal.
Pros:

Der herzliche Empfang, die Zimmer mit einem tollen Ausblick. Die Sauberkeit war super. Die Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder waren sehr gut im Haus. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.
