Pros:

Geräumige Zimmer, schön hell, teilweise mit Blick ins Grüne, teils auf die kleine Siedlungsstraße.
Lage 15 min fußläufig vom Stadtzentrum in einer ruhigen, ländlichen Wohngegend. Kleiner Laden befindet sich 5 min hangabwärts an der Straßenkreuzung für alles, was man braucht.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Transfer ab Flughafen angefragt, aber die Korrespondenz verlief im Sand und wir wurden nicht abgeholt. Am Späten Abend angekommen, lief das Einchecken holprig. Nachttischlampe ging nicht, Toilettenspülung klemmte. Das Haus wirkt insgesamt etwas vernachlässigt, auch wenn es recht neu und geräumig scheint.
Wir haben wenig Service wahrgenommen, könnten aber alle Probleme unkompliziert mit dem Personal klären.

If it at all you are trying to book this place take a look in person of the rooms condition maybe it’s just my standard
Pros:

I am Soory to rate this place like this but nothing as expected when I went and saw the rooms in person,

Foul smell from the toilets common refrigerator, old stains on the bed, really noisy bed as the spring was old, and the bed itself wasn’t comfortable.

Cons:

I would like to inform that just for being in the room for 2 mins costed me 80 lari in the name of cancellation as they claimed that since the hotel was pre booked they had to charge me a nights worth of fees. Terrible experience

Pros:

Accueil très chaleureux. Le veilleur de nuit nous a attendus jusqu'à 3h du matin. Notre avion avait beaucoup de retard. Il nous a même offert des petits plats délicieux de Géorgie car nous étions affamés. Incroyable hospitalité!

Man kann hier gut übernachten.
Pros:

Es ist eine gute Unterkunft. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sind in Ordnung und das Frühstück ist gut. Man kann gut zu Fuß in die Stadt laufen.

Brak komunikacji z właścicielem nie mówi w języku angielskim, w zasadzie to nie wiem czy jakimkolwiek poza gruzińskim. W hotelu nie można płacić kartą o czym nie ma informacji na booking.com. Ogólnie obsługa dość niemiła.

Never ever again
Pros:

Tento hotel má skvělou polohu ve městě a je levný. Také se dalo zaparkovat přímo před hotelem. Tím ale jeho výhody končí.

Cons:

Personál nevěděl o našem příjezdu a na recepci nikdo nebyl. Dostali jsme pokoj, který neodpovídal popisu z Bookingu. Zaprvé hotel nemá 4, ale 3 hvězdičky. Na pokoji nebyl fén na vlasy ani sušák na prádlo, které byly avizované jako součást pokoje. O stavu koupelny snad lepší nemluvit. Byla vidět i silně cítit plíseň a kromě mýdla na ruce žádné "toiletries" a zbytek role toaletního papíru. Postel byla pro dva malá a velmi nepohodlná.

Pros:

Einziger Lichtblick war die freundliche Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war bei der Ankunft leider nicht sauber. Es war staubig, unter anderem an der Bettlehne, und auf der Matratze lagen Krümel bzw. holzspäneähnliche Partikel. Da ich darauf achte, in einer sauberen Unterkunft zu übernachten, hat das keinen guten Eindruck hinterlassen.

Im Badezimmer gab es praktisch keine Ablageflächen. Die Halterung mit dem Glas war zudem locker und wackelig, sodass man nicht einmal eine Zahnbürste sicher hineinstellen konnte. Außerdem waren einige Glühbirnen defekt, wodurch das Zimmer insgesamt sehr dunkel war.

Der Duschbereich war für mich der größte Minuspunkt. Zwischen Waschbecken und WC zu duschen habe ich so noch nie erlebt. Beim Duschen wird das gesamte Bad inklusive Toilette komplett nass, sodass man das WC anschließend erst trocknen oder reinigen muss, bevor man es wieder benutzen kann.

Das Frühstück war zwar vielfältig und es gab eine gute Auswahl, allerdings waren viele Speisen sehr fettig.

Insgesamt entspricht das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für mich leider nicht den Erwartungen.

Nochmal würde ich diese nicht mehr besuchen
