Pros:

Einziger Lichtblick war die freundliche Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war bei der Ankunft leider nicht sauber. Es war staubig, unter anderem an der Bettlehne, und auf der Matratze lagen Krümel bzw. holzspäneähnliche Partikel. Da ich darauf achte, in einer sauberen Unterkunft zu übernachten, hat das keinen guten Eindruck hinterlassen.

Im Badezimmer gab es praktisch keine Ablageflächen. Die Halterung mit dem Glas war zudem locker und wackelig, sodass man nicht einmal eine Zahnbürste sicher hineinstellen konnte. Außerdem waren einige Glühbirnen defekt, wodurch das Zimmer insgesamt sehr dunkel war.

Der Duschbereich war für mich der größte Minuspunkt. Zwischen Waschbecken und WC zu duschen habe ich so noch nie erlebt. Beim Duschen wird das gesamte Bad inklusive Toilette komplett nass, sodass man das WC anschließend erst trocknen oder reinigen muss, bevor man es wieder benutzen kann.

Das Frühstück war zwar vielfältig und es gab eine gute Auswahl, allerdings waren viele Speisen sehr fettig.

Insgesamt entspricht das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für mich leider nicht den Erwartungen.

Nochmal würde ich diese nicht mehr besuchen

Pros:

La stanza è economica, ma spendendo veramente poco di più la seconda volta che siamo stati a Kutaisi dopo pochi giorni abbiamo trovato un albergo decisamente migliore

Cons:

È datato, un po' triste, per niente comodo al centro sia in auto che a piedi. Può andare bene per una notte, se non ci sono disponibili opzioni migliori

Pros:

​We booked last minute. The hotel has 4 stars, but they feel like they were given 40 years ago.
​The pros were a big room and a parking space. However, the overall standard, especially the bathroom was well below expectations. Not worth a 4-star rating anymore.

Το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικά φιλικό. Μας εξυπηρέτησαν άμεσα παρότι φτάσαμε στο κατάλυμα αργά τη νύχτα. Γενικά είναι μια πολύ καλή επιλογή και σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής. Αρκετά πλούσιο και νόστιμο πρωινό..

Cons:

Υπήρχε ελαφρώς μια δυσάρεστη μυρωδιά προερχόμενη από το μπάνιο. Παρότι το πρωινό περιλαμβανόταν στην κράτησή μας, μάς είπαν ότι δεν ισχύει και αναγκαστήκαμε να πληρώσουμε επιπλέον 5ευρώ το άτομο.

Pros:

The hostess—an attentive and intelligent woman—welcomed us late at night, offered us a choice of rooms, served us water, and offered us coffee in the morning. The hotel has a lovely open balcony where you can admire the views, listen to the birds singing, and enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine with friends. It’s a shame I only spent one night there. Thank you.

Jak zawsze - FANTASTYCZNIE !!!
Pros:

Lokalizacja - pod górkę :) , ale blisko sklep i park rozrywki dla najmłodszych z wielkim "kołem młyńskim" oraz kolejką górską - dla leniwych (5 lari w jedną stronę, ok. 7pln).
Śniadanie, takie "nasze" i trochę gruzińskie 20 lari - na bogato :)
Wielki taras z widokiem
Łazienka - wystarczy dodać gumę do ściągania wody i będzie ok

Pros:

Excellent home made breakfast. Bright and clean I have room next to terrace so we have a very good views of mountains. The staffs very sweet would do an extra work to help. Overall it’s highly recommended

Confortable place in Kutaisi
Pros:

Clean room, comfortable bed, facility for laundry available for guests, big shared balcony with nice views.

Cons:

Poor communication. Staff don't speak English. Parking area is crowded sometimes. We had to move our car for a bus to park, for a van to park, for another car to get out.
