Solid choice near the center
Pros:

Fantastic location near the center but still on a quiet street. The free parking included it's a big plus.

Cons:

The beds could be a bit more comfortable, but they were acceptable.

The location and gated parking are huge when you stay in the city.
Pros:

Host was excellent, responded to my calls (even at midnight!! when I forgot the door code) and they were available anytime if we needed anything!
Bed was extremely comfortable!
Location and parking (with gated driveway) were exactly what we needed.
I would definitely stay here again!

Cons:

The stairs were pretty steep; but manageable. When coming down the stairs you need to hold on tightly.
The railing was good but there is a knot in the wood at the top with a piece missing and it's a little sharp. It will need to be sanded and won't be a problem once it is.

Locatie aproape de centru, comunicare foarte buna cu proprietarii

Cons:

Intra destul de multa galagie de afara, chiar si cu geamurile inchise. Patul dublu este la mansarda cu acces pe o scara un pic abrupta

La Ubicación fantástica muy céntrico.
Tener parking privado también fue genial.

Cons:

A pesar de saber que tenía escaleras para subir al dormitorio, no pensé que me iban a resultar tan incómodas.

2 level apartment in the heart of Cluj Napoca
Pros:

The bedroom is upstairs and the kitchen bathroom and living is downstairs, the apartment is located in a gated yard. The parking lot is broken concrete and dirt, but it is ok, you can park there, the gate it motorized. The bedroom has 1 window and carpet everywhere, super nice, the bed was comfortable. The kitchen was nicely equpeed, the only thing missing was a washing machine, but I only stayed for a day. The living room had a nice couch and a desk, perfect for working from home.
All in all, it was a nice apartment, compareble or exceeding western ones.

Cons:

The smart lock on the door gave me some headaches, but we managed to sort it out quickly.

Központban van, van parkolója.

Cons:

Éjjel 2-ig hangoskodtak a szomszédok az udvaron. A kávégéphez kaptunk két pasztillát, de az egyik már használva volt.
