Pros:

Peaceful, relaxing beautiful interiors and exterior design. Like an oasis of calm.

Cons:

If I was being ultra picky - the bath towels could be larger and softer they were a bit tired . . . For a luxury resort.

Prachtig hotel met enorm vriendelijke bediening om heerlijk tot rust te komen
Pros:

Het hotel is prachtig. Alles is netjes en verzorgd. De zwembaden zijn ruim en rustig. Er heerst een echte ontspannen sfeer. Bovendien is het personeel heel erg vriendelijk. Een echte aanrader als je naar Corfu reist.

Pros:

We’ve had an amazing experience. The staff were very kind and helpful. The food was excellent. I suggest to go to Nami restaurant, you can find it inside the hotel . The beach and the pool are absolutely incredible. Surely we’ll come back!

The staff were amazing - polite, friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and there was lots of choice. The location is great if you are looking for a quiet and secluded stay. The rooms are great, well sized and with all the amenities you need. The swim up sun bed was amazing.

Cons:

The gym opening times are not the best. I would have preferred it opening before 10 as it made it more difficult to get to if you want to enjoy a full day in the sun!
We did a day trip to paxos and antipaxos which I would not recommend - not a fault of the hotel but it was a lot of travel for one day and not a very good trip in general.

Une des employées de l’accueil était désagréable et a fait n’importe quoi pas une mais deux fois avec nos transports taxi. Elle a oublié de nous le commander la première fois faute de quoi nous avons dû payer 95€ de trajet au lieu des 80 prévus et pour le retour elle s’est non seulement trompée dans l’heure donc nous avons dû nous dépêcher alors qu’on avait demandé un taxi le matin de la veille du départ mais en plus de ça elle nous a à nouveau confirmé le prix de transfert à 80€ mais nous avons payé 90€. J’aimerai un remboursement de la différence du prix car les deux fois c’était censé être des réservations de l’hôtel à 80€ et nous avons payé 185€ de taxis c’est pas normal

Nicht laut, nicht aufdringlich und wunderschön anzusehen.
Pros:

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Anlage ist wunderschön und modern. Überall gibt es gemütliche Sitz- oder Liegemöglichkeiten. Es wurde auch an diejenigen gedacht, die das Hotel für eine Workcation nutzen. Abseits des Pools, an einem angenehm schattigen Plätzchen, kann man an einem großen Tisch oder im Sitzsack arbeiten, ohne dass Menschen durch den Call laufen oder im Hintergrund zu hören sind. Für uns fühlt es sich an, als ob hier ganz entspannt und unaufdringlich auf die Bedürfnisse aller Gäste eingegangen wird. Auch beim Essen ist für Alle etwas dabei von vegan (inklusive pflanzlicher Milchalternativen) bis Fleisch.

Auch diejenigen, die die Grünflächen des Hotels geplant und umgesetzt haben, haben großartige Arbeit geleistet.

Von der ersten bis zur letzten Sekunde waren ausnahmslos alle Mitarbeitenden freundlich, offen, erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

Unsere Swim-up Junior Suite hat keine Wünsche offengelassen. Das Zimmer war groß, und die Terrasse mit unseren eigenen Sonnenliegen und direktem Zugang zum Pool hat uns allzu oft dazu verleitet, sie kaum zu verlassen.

Das Hotel hat weder abends noch tagsüber ein Unterhaltungsprogramm, was wir als sehr angenehm empfunden haben.

Der Strand ist ein Traum. Wenn man hinausschwimmt und sich umdreht, sieht man die wunderschönen grünen Hügel, die sich hinter dem Hotel erheben und die auch zu Fuß ein Highlight sind, für das man kein Auto braucht. Wer sich damit nicht zufriedengibt, kann in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zum Kap Drastis fahren. Auch dort gibt es tolle Wanderungen in beeindruckender Landschaft.

Dass es hier so viele negative Kommentare gibt, scheint mir eher an den Menschen zu liegen, die sie verfassen, als am Hotel oder seinen Mitarbeitenden.
