Amazingly comfortable bed! Quiet residential location. Lovely hosts. I had the Study room without the estuary view but enjoyed the view from the beautiful balcony. As a dog lover, the experience was awesome with opportunity to meet and spend time with puppies and their friendly, loving parents!
It would have been nice to have the possibility to make a hot drink in my room; I totally understand I could get a cup downstairs, but would not want to get under the hosts feet in the kitchen or disturb the other residents or the dogs at unsociable hours.

Location,view from house, although we were in a bedroom without the view.
Although there was a big flat screen TV the owner did not have a licence, so we couldn't watch live TV. Being old we couldn't cope with the many Apps and streaming. Not being shown what we could use in the kitchen, which was rather untidy! Shared bathroom, but that was my fault as I hadn't read the small print!

Very friendly reception. The most extraordinary ever changing view of the whole of the Bristol Channel - very refreshing!

Lovely room in itself, lovely view. Comfy bed.
We knew about the dogs and they were very well behaved but we wouldn't go back as the doggy aroma was strong (probably because of the heat). Also a door kept banging during the night and we couldn't work out what was going on. The hosts gave us free reign of the kitchen etc but we didn't feel comfortable. That's just us, though.

Spectacular view from the bedroom. Comfortable bed and good room size. Lovely shower in shared bathroom. Able to use the fridge (and rest of kitchen though I only used the kettle and fridge!) Friendly couple, keen to accommodate guests and ensure that you're comfortable.
The dogs bark for any visitor and when let out of their enclosed space crowd round, jump up and lick. They are quiet over night though and often contained with a gate over the living area in the day. Understandably some dog hair around though you can tell they work hard to hoover frequently.

The property feels very homely and spacious, it gives you a place to feel like you’re away from the rest of the house and just in your own place. Hosts are also very welcoming!!!
