good location

Cons:

Well appointed and clean, but utterly charmless. Expecting old Korea in a completely modern updated facility. Bed turned sideways so difficult to access.

Enjoyed our stay in the center of Gyeongju.
Pros:

Great location. Clean. Had everything we needed. Host was very responsive.

Cons:

Bottom bed sheet was warn/pilly. Bathroom had a moldy smell.

Yes you pay a price, but what you get in return is well worth it!
Pros:

What can I say, the place is perfect, the location is perfect and Miny is simply the best! Very thoughtful on everything. This stay was a solid 10/10.

Wonderful three day stay on our biking trip from Seoul to Busan
Pros:

Comfortable, great neighborhood close to restaurants and in walking distance to many of the best sights in Gyeongju. Miny was an absolutely wonderful host.

Lovely stay close to the burial mounds
Pros:

This place was lovely. Clean, spacious and airy. Comfortable bed, nice linen. Most of the windows have blockout blinds. Quite a luxe feeling overall. Great to have a kettle. It had some other interesting gadgets too. Also the location is great - right across the wall from the burial tombs. And Miny was really kind and helpful.

Cons:

The couch was a bit too small for two people to relax comfortably. There would be plenty of space for a larger, more comfortable one. But really not a big deal.

Superbe Hanok ✨💕
Pros:

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans ce Hanok. L’emplacement était parfait, tout était à proximité et très pratique. Le logement était extrêmement propre, très bien décoré et aménagé avec beaucoup de goût. Nous avons adoré l’atmosphère du lieu ainsi que l’attention portée aux détails. Merci pour cette belle expérience, nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Great place to stay in Gyengju
Pros:

Excellent location, very nice accommodations, and a responsive, very nice host.

Cons:

Just be aware that there are about 15 steps to go up if you have heavy luggage or difficulty in climbing stairs.

Very comfortable stay and a great Host.
Pros:

Great Location and good breakfast. Very friendly host. She took care of all our needs and made us feel extremely comfortable in her property. She helped us in organizing taxi from the station and back to the station on the day we were checking out.

Apart from the light issue I had a wonderful peaceful stay with the outside space
Pros:

I loved the location. There was no breakfast. The hanok was very comfotable.

Cons:

I di not like that there was a lot of light, a street lamp all night and the natural light from early morning, which made a good night sleep difficult.
I was told that a blind would disturb the overall design of the hanok but I don't agree. This could easily be fixed with a black out blind which can be pulled up and down and would remain invisible.

Pros:

Couldn't have been happier with my choice of stay in Gyeongju! The city is lovely, nestled between lush mountains and monuments from the Shilla kingdom. The hanok is very modern and nice, perfectly situated to enjoy the city's attractions and local restaurants and cafes. The owern, Min-ji, was really helpful and ordered cabs back and fro the train station and answered all our questions regarding transports etc.
Would definitely go back to this place and to the city !

Cons:

We did not like paying for two rooms when we only needed one! This was mainly due to Booking.com! Very unhappy about this. Will not use Booking again.

The perfect stay in Gyeongju!
Pros:

The property was even more beautiful than the photos and the location was perfect and close to the main streets! We had the perfect stay and Miny was so lovely and helpful and recommended places to eat and things to do around Gyeongju! If we could have stayed longer, we would have!

Pros:

Le logement était très bien placé pour les visites et en face du parc des tombes royales et aristocratiques (le Daereungwon).
Le propriétaire était très sympathique, serviable et prêt à donner des informations, même si c'était seulement par écrit. On ne l'a pas rencontré.
L'appartement est assez grand et propre. Il est placé à proximité de tout (commerces et points touristiques).

Cons:

Nous n'avons jamais rencontré le propriétaire et avons juste eu des contacts par WhatsApp. Signe des temps modernes ? :(
- Il n'y avait pas de jacuzzi, comme certains commentaires ont affirmé.
- Il manque des instructions en anglais.
- Il n'y a pas de rideaux opaques aux fenêtres. Dès le petit matin on est réveillés par la lumière.
- Pas de lave-linge dans l'appartement.
- Le jour de notre départ, comme il pleuvait énormément et qu'on a lu que la pluie s'arrêterait vers midi, nous avons demandé de partir à 12h au lieu de 11h, mais cela nous a été refusé. Toutefois le propriétaire pouvait garder nos valises dans un locker. Comme cela ne nous convenait pas, nous avons acheté des parapluies et sommes partis, un peu tristes et mouillés :(

The best Hanok in Gyeongju
Pros:

Cozy and original house. The staff (Minny) is very helpful and kind. The room has a great view. The facilities are excellent—having a microwave would make it even better! It’s convenient to go anywhere. I will comeback !
