It was not what i expected, it was a poor experience for me

Everything, there were no towels in the room, it was cold as hell aircon was not working, wifi was not working, even the tv was not working. There was no soap in the rooms, no cups or spoons. It jc was not what was advertised on the website

Ver disappointing and I literally wished I never booked them.
Cons:

Upon arrival, I was allocated Room 2, that I had to locate by myself. The room was clearly not ready for a guest. The was a rotten KFC in the microwave. Then I was changed to Room 4, where they had no towels, no cup, tea, sugar or anything a guest may use in the kitchen. I had to call and request for towels to bath, that came damp and not entirely clean. For tea that I brought for myself, I had to request a cup and spoon and bowls. I had to request toilet papers also. No soaps or shampoo. Their bedding is not entirely clean. It is very promising in the pictures but not in reality. They have a potential to be better but they are just lazy and clearly do not care about their guests.

The room was cold, aircon was not working, there was no one at the reception to assist. There were no towels, soap or even cups to drink. Tv had no network and the wifi was not working at all

My stay was completely not good such that I couldn't wait for the next day so that I can leave .
Pros:

The shower 🚿 was working perfect and also the heater.

Cons:

Fist thing there is no security,anyone is having an access because the gate doesn't lock. The sheets were cream white . There were no towels, toilet paper,soap and utensils. The towel was brought the following in the morning and left outside next to my flat,it was a bit wet.

TV was completely not working, the reception guy told me he's going to sort the WiFi out but he never returned until morning.

I wanted to go out at night but I was not able to do that because the receipt guy locked my car in the parking but didn't give me a key to the parking when I phoned him he didn't pick up until morning.

In short that was my worst experience 🥲

Dream Sleep should be renamed to Nightmare Sleep

Cons:

The room wasn't ready when I got there, it wasn't dirty, lights not working, water was cold had to shower with cold water in July, no towels and parking is S&it. Had to wake up at midnight to move so that another guest can park since I was leaving earlier.

Pros:

Place was neat, the reception guy is very friendly and helpful. Water was always steaming hot in the shower.

Cons:

Wifi didn't work most of the time but that was not a big issue for me.
