Beautiful comfy property
Pros:

The staff was super helpful. No elevator, but the kind lady at reception helped me carry my bags up 3 flights of stairs. The location could not be more perfect - quiet, safe, close to the main drag, and lots of cute cafes nearby. Air conditioner worked great. Beautiful property, beautiful view from the top rooms. The jacuzzi in the room was so relaxing.

Cons:

No elevator. The jacuzzi room on the top floor has big windows, which they've covered with some kind of screen, but light from the hallway still came in through the edges. There's no soundproofing so if anybody in the building is chatting in the stairwell or lobby, you'll hear them. I use sleep earbuds with white noise and a sleep mask to block out light, but for someone without those things it might not be a great experience.

Charming boutique hotel in a great Belgrade neighborhood.
Pros:

Atmospheric villa converted into modern minimalist boutique hotel while keeping the old world charm. Nice view with dreamy courtyard. Staff is super-nice. Wonderful location, near the park and all sorts appealing shops, cafés and restaurants.

Cons:

Didn’t apply to us, but the stairs might be difficult w/ large luggage.

Die Lage, das Gebäude, die Hilfe der Dame vom Housekeeping.

Cons:

Rezeption ist nie besetzt. Keine Infos welchen Schlüssel man von der Schlüsselwand nehmen soll. Weder vor Ort auf einem Zettel noch vorab mit Mail. Die Notfallnummer, vor Ort oder auf der Webseite des Hotels wurde nicht bedient. Mein Tipp: am Anreisetag am Morgen per Mail Zimmernummer anfragen.

Tre uomini e un letto

Situata in una zona favorevole agli spostamenti in quanto molto vicina al centro e ai mezzi pubblici.

Cons:

Purtroppo siamo arrivati tardi, pertanto al ck-in non vi era nessuno e lo abbiamo fatto in autonomia. Ci spettava, come previsto da messaggio, una stanza da 3 persone, quali eravamo ma purtroppo un’altra persona da sola ha preso la nostra stanza poiché non trovava la chiave della sua. Invece noi come unica chiave, abbiamo trovato la chiave della stanza singola prevista dalla persona in questione. Ci siamo dovuti arrangiare dormendo in 3 in un letto…
La mattina seguente abbiamo fatto presente la situazione alla reception che si scusava dell’accaduto (nonostante non fosse stato un errore suo) offrendoci la colazione. Devo dire che sia il personale della reception che la signora delle pulizie si sono dimostrati molto educati e disponibili.

Pros:

Cons:

1)No key at the place.

I arrived in the evening and I expected to find my room key at the key box, as the instructions said. But there was no key to my room.

2)No online assistance after reception working hours.

I wrote to the hotel via WhatsApp that there was no key. No answer.
So, I took the only key that was in the key box.

3)Room wasn’t ready.

There were no towels at the room. And I also texted that to the hotel. But no answer again.


I received the answer only in the middle of the next day. Instead of saying sorry the hotel blamed ME.



What’s more:
There is a smoking area at the hotel yard. If the window is open, the smell is like people are smoking in your room

Pros:

Расположение отличное, самый центр и не шумно. Очень удобная кровать, для меня это важно. Хотелось бы больше крючков для полотенец в ванной. Будьте готовы нести чемодан, так как нет лифта.

Pros:

Good location close to everything you want it to be to. Nice enough rooms if a little uncomfortable.

Cons:

Host didn’t have our room ready at check in. Also reception was never manned and we needed new towels on the second day.

Next time I'd definately stay at Fara.
Pros:

A very nice and cosy hotel in a quiet place in Dorcol, a central district near the Belgrade Fortress, Kalemegdan Park and the Zoo. The rooms are clean, each has a private bathroom, a small fridge, and a TV. The host is very friendly and helpful. Fara has a perfect location, everything is nearby: the tram line, a post office, a street market, supermarkets, lots of cafes and restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk.

Cons:

The yard may be a bit noisy with the new arrivals, especially in the morning, but it's bearable.

Beautiful villa in the heart of stari grad
Pros:

Excellent location for kalemegdan fortress knez mihailova studentski trig republic sq etc . Air con was a lifesaver in the heat and this time I had a fridge so could store cool drinks etc very safe neighborhood and easy access to villa and room

Cons:

Bathroom wasn't cleaned 100% there was a used razor in the shower and toilet wasn't cleaned
