Pros:

Расположение объекта недвижимости было просто фантастическим. Комнаты идеально подходили для семейного отдыха, а кухня находилась в гостиной. Проблем с чистотой не было. Это очень, очень хорошее место за свою цену, я рекомендую его всем.

Not good value for money!
Pros:

Excellent location with good access to most areas in Istanbul! Metro , buses and local taxis are available at almost every corner!
Also good size shopping centre is near by, lots of cafeterias and restaurants around!

Cons:

The 1bed flat was very small almost no room for anything with huge pillar in the middle of the living room and lots of extra furniture it was impossible to move around! Had a little kitchen box, but with that huge pillar in the middle of the room was not easy access to fridge , sink etc.
One A/C not working properly need services!
Parking is to expensive as well!!!
Way over priced for what was offered!!!
Definitely won’t visit again!
