Sound coming from another room mid night and loud communication

Room in flat, and a lot of noise from owners kids and woke up at 2 am to the owner snoring very loudly and I couldn’t fall asleep until 4 am, so not a place I would recommend if you would like to get some sleep and not be woken up by someone snoring.
