Das heruntergekommenste Haus in der ganzen Straße war dieses. Die Hausnummer schon halb abgebrochen, das Fenster kaputt. Hellhörig. Von draußen die ganze Nacht Krach und laut zuschlagende Türen. Dazu die Haustüre nicht abgeschlossen. Sicher hat man sich nicht gefühlt. Das WC war dreckig, aus dem Wasserhahn im Bad kam
kaum Wasser.
Überall standen alte Elektrogeräte rum, auch sonst viel Gerümpel.

Zudem ist die Unterkunftsbeschreibung falsch. Dort steht: Öffentliches Parken möglich, Reservierung nicht erforderlich.

Öffentlich = Straße
Privat = Auffahrt

Die Auffahrt war von den anderen Bewohnern bereits zugeparkt, also habe ich auf der Straße geparkt. Es gab auch keine andere Möglichkeit.
Am nächsten Morgen hatte ich einen Strafzettel über 65 Dollar!

Den Gastgeber per Mail drauf angesprochen kam nur Ablehnung und dann Funkstille.

All the facilities on the site were found untrue shared bathroom very dirty, bed makes noise when a tiny finger touches so you can imagine sleeping on a noisy bed throughout the night. No proper structure information given.

Cleanliness not as expected

The room was not very clean, and the towels were not ready at check-in. The walls are very thin, so you can hear other guests easily. The mattress felt old and uncomfortable, and there was no soap or shampoo provided.

It's perfect

So many rooms for one shared bathroom; very few spoons and forks, no rice/electric cooker. room 1 and 2 occupants hear one another like they are in the same room.

There are people living downstairs that talk so loud and make constant noise in the middle of the night ( between 1am to 4am) making sleeping difficult. They also smoke and the smells circulates upstairs through the vent. A little bit more needs to done with the bathroom. The shower diverter is old, rusted and broken and wouldn’t go up or down to divert the change the direction of the water. When it snows, nobody shovels the driveway or the stairs to the unit. Snow would pile up until it melts down when the temperature warms up. I slipped once and nearly fell down while carrying my suitcases to my car.

The main door is ALWAYS open. It isn’t safe to leave your valuables ( jewelry, laptop, phones and electronic devices in the bedroom). The lock to the bedroom is damaged and broken and wouldn’t work yet they give you a key when they know the door it is broken. Also, When it snows, nobody shovels the driveway or the stairs to the unit. Snow would pile up until it melts down when the temperature unit warms up. I slipped once and nearly fell down while carrying my suitcases to my car.

The locks didn’t work and that poses a risk to personal items.

It’s very close to bus stop and within walking distance of Square One shopping centre.

Alot if noice. Too many people in there like 6 room in one floor only one bedroom. Guy next room afro guy all night making noice until 4am or 5amm I guess when he get tire of talk on the Phoenix movie stuff around terrible. I talk to the guy you run this place he just talk to different person cause this guy keep terrible behavior and smell like weed at the door very often. Ppfff
