It wasn't what I was expecting but that's because I didn't read previous reviews properly. It is a room with an en suite in a family home. The family are very kind, though they are renting out a room from their home. The bed was soooo comfy though.
My planning and the weather.
I couldn't even stay there one night. With kids running around to all hours of the night while I tried to sleep to get up for work. So would expect a full refund for my stay as it is far from the experience it describes.
Easy check-in.
Be prepared for noise. The host was very loud, with conversations audible right outside the door late into the night. A heater in the room would be nice.
Owner accommodates well. Answers call. Comfortable pillows, bed and blankets.
Hopefully, next time for other guests, owner will be able to make the place peaceful and quiet during the night. I was awakened in the middle of the night due to running and noise upstairs.
Friendly hosts were able to provide an early check in. It is close to the airport and next to a fuel station. A heater was provided which made the room very comfortable and having an ensuite, especially for the price was lovely.
The walls are thin and sometimes there can be some noise. Check in could have been smoother with the unit number and key delivery.
When I arrived their no one at the townhouse, and the property was locked.

Well nothing
The bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a private bathroom and onsite parking. Host was friendly. The room is in a house shared with a family who have young children and the walls are very thin so you hear everything that is going on in the house. Earplugs might be useful.
Very clean, and ensuite was a bonus at this price. Couple were very amenable.
