They asked me to cancel my booking last minute.
Pros:

I don’t know because they had me cancel my reservation.

Cons:

I got a message the day before I was supposed to arrive asking me to cancel my reservation because they couldn’t accommodate me. If I had canceled on my end through the app I would have incurred a fee, so I kindly requested a free cancellation from them or asked if they could just cancel my reservation on their end. I never ended up hearing back from them or getting my free cancellation request accepted. I had to contact Booking.com customer service to ensure my reservation was properly cancelled and I didn’t get charged any fees. I understand that things come up, but I felt this situation was handled very poorly on their end.

Great location and stay
Pros:

Excellent location..a few minutes from the bus stop from the bus terminal. Very clean and comfortable bed. Very good communication with any questions I had and were very happy to allow a late check out

bardzo fajna lokalizacja, cysto, duża ilość ręczników, pomocny personel

Cons:

bardzo niewygodne łóżko, bardzo twarde, stelaż łóżkowy był złamany co powodowało że deski stelażowe strzelały pod czas spania, było wrażenie że pod łóżkiem są wybuchy petard. Bardzo przerażające uczucie

Superbe location dans la vieille ville de Berat. Près de tous les lieux à découvrir, cafés, restaurants. 2mns de l arrêt de bus.
Chambre très propre et moderne avec salle de bains séparée. Bonne pression dans la douche . Wifi, frigo, serviettes et produits de toilette.

Wonderful home from home
Pros:

Such a fabulous location, the accommodation was immaculately clean and very comfortable. Although the host was away they were super attentive and helpful! Such good value for money!

Cons:

The only issue we had is that the lock started to play up and as we needed to leave the property we were temporarily locked in and missed our taxi to our next bus. This was the only negative and hopefully it will be rectified soon ☺️
