Asunto oli kuuma, muutama tuuletin olisi hyvä hommata.
Appartement se situant près de l'église en face du consulat.
Toutes les commodités sont a proximités a pied.
Les deux lits et le canapé clic clac sont confortable.
Je recommande.
Il faut prévoir une réglette pour l'évacuation de l'eau lors de la douche sinon on en met partout malgré le rideau

The "beds" (mattress/sofa bed) are not particularly comfortable.
Amenities are basic.
But it matches what is advertised.
The location is perfect. I had everything I needed.
And the landlord's patience was immense, understanding my terrible English and awful Spanish; sometimes I mixed the two.
And the most incredible thing... He saved me from missing the bus to Latvia. I saw the wrong timetable, and he managed to drop me off, and I was able to board on time. I highly recommend him, especially for those who travel alone and are also clumsy! My wife couldn't understand me (which is quite understandable), but she was very kind, and we managed to communicate through gestures.
The stairs. I didn't notice them in the description, and since I'm epileptic I try to avoid them. But, again, the problem was mine, I didn't pay attention. But the (genuine) leather sofa served me very well.
La ubicación, en el casco antiguo, y el inmueble, con un patio muy agradable.
El mobiliario del salón (sobre todo los sofás, poco prácticos y ocupando casi todo el espacio), los colchones en el suelo del altillo (sin sábanas), el baño (no hay espejo, ni sitio para colgar toallas y es muy oscuro)... y el estilo un poco agobiante, aunque eso es muy personal.

As I used to expect the minimum standard when a micro in the kitchen I had to operate oven which is ok but with no dedicaced items like alu utensils so this limits operating in the kitchen for those expeting this basibg on the description via booking ..
Beautiful apartment. Much larger than the photos have you believe. Location was perfect!!! My kids particularly enjoyed the swing, I love having a sauna.

Wonderful apartment, nice location right in front of Nevsky cathedral. Perfectly clean and comfy, with an amazing bathroom with sauna. Highly recommended!!
Location is amazing, same as the yard and the old building itself. The studio is quite compact but there is a kitchenette and a shower.
My wife missed a hair drier
Excellent central location. Good value for money.
Landlord very helpful when I could open the gate in the morning! I was being dim but he came straight away to open the heavy gate for me.
I was a bit slow to find the address as arrived after dark and no numbers on the door to the street. Suggest include some photos in the instruction brochure. Also maybe put the room numbers at the doors of the different staircases out of the courtyard.
