צוות נפלא, מקום מאוד שקט (רוב הלילות ששהינו שם היה מאוד שקט חוץ מלילה אחד). נוף מדהים. כל בקשה שביקשנו מהמטבח או מצוות הניקיון נענתה מיד ובחיוך גדול.
בלילה האחרון שלנו כל המלון חוץ מאיתנו הושכר לעובדי חברה, קבוצה מאוד רועשת וקולנית. בנוסף הקבוצה קיימה מסיבה מאוד רועשת עד חצות. המלון היה צריך להודיע על כך מראש אבל נראה שהבינו את הטעות שלהם. חוץ מהתקלה הזאת הכל היה מעולה.
The staff is great, restaurant serves amazing food. Beds are great. Good insulation from the other rooms,
I forgot to give my key back, and they arrange to have someone take it at the next town, without having me to pay for anything or going back to the hotel, great gesture.
The bathrooms have a open shower with no glass protection from the toilet so splashign water everywhere is easy.
The Swiming pool wasn't cleaned often and felt rundown, broken tiles (maybe because end of the season).
The location in the forest directly by the river is stunning. We had an amazing river view. Our suite was spacious and spotless clean. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The pool was nice and refreshing, great stay overall.

Some guests may not like that building works we’re going on during the stay. However this wasn’t a problem for us as being a landscape gardener myself, we understood that our stay was during the quieter period so work had to get done at some point.

The elevator/lift was very dangerous and suggest improvement.
Le personnel était adorable, surtout au restaurant. Le cadre de l'hôtel est chouette, avec la rivière, la piscine, le billard... La chambre est confortable.

The location near river
Our stay was extremely disappointing and nowhere near a five-star experience. Despite paying USD 165 per night after discount, we waited 25 minutes for someone to collect our luggage, the Wi-Fi was terrible, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned—we found dirt under the toilet seat, and even after someone came to fix it, a strong glue smell remained for more than 24 hours. Construction and maintenance work started at 8:00 a.m., so we woke up to loud drilling and banging instead of birdsong. At 11:00 p.m., an employee switched off the lights in the billiards area and told us it was closing, while no one was available at reception and the receptionist was found sleeping on the floor. The waiters had no proper uniforms or suitable shoes and appeared dressed for a party rather than working at a five-star hotel. There was no fridge in the room, the food was poor, and breakfast consisted of little more than fruit, tea, coffee, and an omelette. Overall, this hotel does not deserve its five-star rating—in our experience, even one star would be generous.
Die Lage ist toll. Wir sind mit dem Boot zum Hotel gefahren, der Gepäcktransport ist mal was anderes :-)
Aufgrund von einer Hotelerweiterung war unser Zimmerausblick nicht so schön. Da wir nur eine Nacht dort waren und auch kaum am Zimmer, hat uns das nicht beeinträchtigt.
Das Bad ist in Ordnung. Wenn man duscht ist allerdings das halbe Bad nass.

The location of the resort was great, right by the river and the staff even had kayaks out for us to use. The resort looks nice, giving a relaxing vibe with a yoga setup but in the evening they would put on loud pop music which took away the tranquil feel of the place and it seemed to clash with the yoga setup. The food was ok but they didn't have enough for all the guests. Felt it was a bit over priced for what they offered.
