I didn't like anything, everything was disgusting, a fitness room can't be turned into a bedroom..an open sofa thrown into a corner as a so-called bed, I couldn't stay and sleep there...air conditioning in another room where there was only a very old model TV, the window was very dusty and dirty, the curtains were falling down, a fan tied with clamshell tape, ok I have a video that will tell you everything...I don't just recommend it, I ask that this crap be removed from the internet..aaa by the way, as soon as I arrived, I was horrified, I asked for a free cancellation and they didn't accept it, I stayed there for a few hours and then I left..TOTALLY EXCLUDE

Cozinha: NÃO HAVIA AÇÚCAR, NEM CAFÉ, NEM SAL OU ÓLEO.

Quarto: SOFÁ, e a cama era uma cama dobrável com colchões finos , devido ser dobrável havia uma vala no meio onde poderiam colocar uma madeira para fazer ficar reto , porque devido o colchão ser fino você acaba afundando ali no meio , ou poderiam colocar um colchão de casal grande e grosso para ajudar na estabilidade ao deitar .

WI-FI: 6/10 - CONEXÃO INESTAVEL, sempre falhava e perdia conexão.

Banheiro: Deveriam dispobilizar um RODO para poder puxar a água, pois devido ao desnível do banheiro a água fica empoçada, além do chuveiro ser um pouco ruim para tomar banho devido a pressão ser grande porém a direção da água horrível, o que faz molhar o banheiro inteiro.

1.Раньше это был какой то магазин или какая то игровая зона, имейте ввиду что ваши соседи это буквально бургерная😅 но это небольшой минус
2.Очень сильно слышно соседей сверху, такое ощущение что они с нами в одной комнате
3.В одну из ночей повылазили большие тараканы, 3 шт ночью было в ванной и один утром сидел на столе
4.Нету парковки, но в принципе это не проблема, можно поставить возле других домов машину

This property is seriously misrepresented on Booking.com.

On arrival, there was a strong unpleasant odor and multiple flies at the entrance. Inside, the towels and bedding smelled like frying oil, which raised clear hygiene concerns.

The layout is not properly disclosed. The shower is in the bedroom with no window or ventilation, so steam builds up in the sleeping area.

Noise and privacy are major problems. The flat is very noisy from the street, and there are shared internal doors with other units that were not mentioned. I could hear other guests, including snoring.

When I raised these issues, the host dismissed them as “unfair” instead of addressing the concerns.

This is not about expectations or price. It is about accurate representation and basic living conditions. I left early and booked elsewhere.

I would not recommend this property unless the listing is corrected to reflect reality.
