Comodità spiaggia, lavatrice,

Cons:

Mancanza di stoviglie e pur facendolo presente non si è provveduto tranne che per due piccole padelle, mancavano padelle idonee a cucinare perché Piccole bruciate e con il rivestimento tutto graffiato, c'era un cucchiaino, di forchette, due bicchieri per l'acqua e due per il vino, frigorifero piccolo! Non si può andare a comprare tutti i giorni perché bisogna prendere la macchina e ricordo che la casa è per 4 persone..... Doccia che si intasava e non ho detto nulla al proprietario perché si era già lamentato perché le ho ricordato che dopo aver acquistato le pentole, forchette,e coltelli questi ultimi non mancavano! Gli ho ricordato che erano i cucchiaini che si era dimenticato mi ha risposto scocciato dicendo che gli chiedevano un cosa alla volta falso io e mia moglie per ben due volte lo abbiamo detto, alla fine una padella da 29 cm l'ho dovuta comprare al di la di tutto noi no dovevamo preoccuparci di tutto ciò...e lui era quello scocciato!.... Le sdraio non c'erano ma due spiaggette mentre mi aveva assicurato che ci fossero gli ombrelloni da aggiustare perché rotti li ho dovuti aggiustare con del nastro. insomma molte false aspettative e poca cura dei "dettagli" non ci tornerei peccato per il ma che era bellissimo per fortuna lo curava il proprietario....

Pros:

Le logement est petit mais très agréable, il y a une belle piscine et des transats, parasols à disposition et sièges de plage, barbecue, une machine à laver à partager, lessive et produits entretien fournis
La plage est à proximité, bondée le samedi et dimanche, il faut arriver tôt pour une bonne place
l'hôte est sympathique, il nous a reçu avant l'heure, il nous a tout expliqué en détail
parking gratuit devant la résidence

Perla del Mare oltre
Pros:

Prima volta ad Avola con un’amica . Arrivate con bus dall’aeroporto. SuperSalvatore ci ha aspettato alla fermata e ci ha accompagnato alla struttura. SuperSalvatore ci ha assecondato in ogni nostra richiesta e anche di più. Stradisponibile, stragentile e strasimpatico. Struttura pulita ed attrezzata in ogni dettaglio (per quanto si possa desiderare da un mono locale) posizione comodissima alla spiaggia libera e 10 min a piedi alla spiaggia con lettini a pagamento. Essendo comoda al mare ma quale struttura ultima della via e verso la campagna e quindi fuori da ogni rumore (silenzio e pace da godere) si nota la presenza di alcuni gattini randagi che alle volte si avvicinano in cerca di cibo. Nel rispetto degli ospiti non molto tolleranti, per chi volesse aiutarli a vivere, suggerirei di dargli da mangiare fuori dal cancello dove c’è un albero ove loro spesso albergano e quindi sarebbero decisamente meno invadenti. Che dire… bella vacanza a Perla del Mare! Non vedo l’ora di ritornare. Porgo un caloroso saluto ed un ringraziamento a Salvatore!

Perfekte Ferienanlage, traumhafte Lage, super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, unglaublicher Gastgeber!
Pros:

Die angenehm kleine Ferienanlage (4 Häuser) ist super gepflegt, der Pool ist ein Traum und die Lage ist perfekt. Man ist in 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß am herrlichen Strand und ein paar Schritte weiter gibt es Restaurants und Bars. Aber die Anlage selber liegt gerade weit genug weg, so dass es keine Lärmbelastigung gibt. Einfach traumhaft. Das eigentliche Highlight ist aber tatsächlich, wie es auch schon von vielen anderen beschrieben wurde, Salvatore, der Vermieter oder wie man besser sagen sollte: Der Gastgeber! Für ihn ist es wichtig, dass sich seine Gäste wohl fühlen und dafür ist er wirklich immer erreichbar und immer hilfsbereit, ohne dass man den Eindruck hat man macht ihm Arbeit. Ein wirklich toller Gastgeber und Mensch und ich glaube ich kann sagen wir haben vom ersten Tag an Freundschaft geschlossen. Für uns war es auch sehr wichtig zu sehen, dass er neben den Menschen auch Tiere sehr mag und auch zu unserem Hund hat er sofort eine tolle Beziehung gehabt. Man muss wirklich sagen, dass ohne seine Hilfe und seine guten Ratschläge der Urlaub nicht so wunderschön gewesen wäre, auch wenn wir wegen Krankheit unseres Hundes den Urlaub leider etwas früher abbrechen mussten, aber auch in dieser Notsituation hat uns Salvatore unglaublich unterstützt und hat uns am Tage unserer Abfahrt sogar noch in aller Frühe persönlich verabschiedet.
Wir fahren eigentlich nie zweimal an den gleichen Urlaubsort, aber hier werden wir wahrscheinlich eine Ausnahme machen.

Da fällt mir im Moment wirklich nichts ein und wenn da was wäre hätte ich es vor Ort persönlich zu Salvatore gesagt und ich bin mir sicher er hätte sich umgehend darum gekümmert.

Pros:

Mooi klein complex. Terras kijkt uit op het zwembad. Verder alles aanwezig in de accommodatie voor een aangenaam verblijf. De zee is op 5 minuten afstand, je kunt een parasol en stoeltjes meenemen van het complex. Verder is Salvatore een fijne gastheer.

Pros:

Op loopafstand van het strand. Rustige omgeving maar wel wat restaurantjes in de buurt. Lekker zwembad. Voor én achter een terrasje.
Wasmachine voor gemeenschappelijk gebruik. Keukentje met alle basisbenodigdheden. Salvator is heel vriendelijk. Spreekt helaas alleen Italiaans (zoals zoveel Italianen) maar Google translate is z’n grootste vriend.

Cons:

De muggen savonds! Gelukkig in 1 raam een hor dus die kon open blijven.

Séjour splendide à refaire
Pros:

L emplacement était super, au calme sans vis-à-vis prés des restaurants et de la plage à pied.nous étions 2 couples d amis chacun son appartement .
Très bonne literie, la piscine est très agréable.
Salvatore est très accueillant et d une gentillesse.

Cons:

Juste un manque d ustensiles pour la cuisine mais rien de grave

Un piccolo paradiso a Marina di Avola

Cons:

Se cercate un posto tranquillo a due passi (neanche 200mt.)dal mare e da ottimi aperibar ristoranti e pizzerie. Salvatore è un host simpatico e premuroso e sollecito ad ogni nostra richiesta. La strada d'accesso è un pochino dissestata ma non impressionatevi che arrivati,chiuso il cancello alle vostre spalle, troverete una bellissima piscina con vasca idromassaggio,lettini ombrellone ed asciugamani a vostra disposizione. La struttura è composta da 4 appartamenti indipendenti con tanto di poltrone e tavolinetto con cuscini all' esterno. Qualche gattino vi farà forse compagnia sul verde prato sempre rasato. E poi Salvatore è unico, persona schietta,sincera e cordiale che vi consiglierà su ogni vostra richiesta. Lo consiglio davvero

Prima verblijf gehad.
Pros:

Locatie lag centraal om het zuiden van Sicilië te bezoeken. Veel bezienswaardigheden op korte afstand. Het zwembad was top. Het huis is goed met prima sanitair. Keukenvoorzieningen wat basic. Het bed was redelijk Spartaans. Gastheer zeer behulpzaam en staat gelijk voor je klaar.

Het bed was Spartaans, nogal hard.

Un endroit ou nous retournerons.
Pros:

Le cadre est sympathique et notre hôte sympathique. Il est trésorier attentionné ,une belle personne.

Cons:

Certaines casseroles méritent d’être changées car usées. Malheureusement certains locataires nourrissent les chats du quartier qui marquent leurs territoires.

Very beautiful place to stay :)
Pros:

We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful place! Everything is near for beautiful walks either at the beach or in the city. Parking is easy infront of the house. The property and rooms are very clean and have everything you need! Salvatore was very friendly and we felt home straight away :)
we would love to come back one day :)

Non ci torneremmo

La vicinanza al mare.

Cons:

Abbiamo affittato l’intera struttura per 1 notte a gennaio, 4 camere per 8 persone. Purtroppo faceva freddo e in una camera la pompa di calore non funzionava. Il proprietario quindi ci ha proposto di non utilizzare quella camera e di spostare 2 persone sul divano letto di un’altra camera (senza ricevere alcun indennizzo nonostante la richiesta). 1 appartamento puzzava e i sanitari del bagno erano sporchi. Peccato viste le ottime recensioni e le potenzialità della struttura!
