Приветливый персонал.Чисто в номере.Хорошее расположение, недалеко от вокзала..Есть лифт для доступа к верхним этажам.

Cons:

Практически нет шумоизоляции.Слышны все разговоры из коридора..Окна деревянные ,шум из улицы не изолируют совсем.Не спали всю ночь из-за шума.Очень сильно скрипела кровать.Ночью боялись поворачиваться,что б не разбудить друг друга.Чайник дают в номер,но чашек нет.Воды питьевой в номере тоже нет.

Es inconcebible que Booking trabaje !!! con este hotel.. 1º) al ingresar al hotel el olor es a húmedo y suciedad -2º recepción con mala traducción y poca empatía en el trato - 3º) muy antiguo desde la recepción hasta la habitación. Pasillo sin y con alfombras gastadas ..el olor a humedad continuaba y al llegar al 4º piso se acentuó con olores a cloacas !!! - 4º) al ingresar a la habitación Nº439 la sorpresa fue a peor cama pequeña (180 cm)el TV no funciono en 2 días (a pesar de la queja)..el inodoro estaba a 40/50 cm del piso y mi culo apenas entraba (peso 75 kl)Y LO PEOR EL OLOR A MIERDA PERMANENTE ..sin luz en el techo. Lo mejor la ducha ..al quejarme ..no me quisieron cambiar por lo que yo había contratado ..sin armario..EN FIN NO ENTIENDO COMO BOOKIN NO SUPERVISA ESTOS HOTELES ..EN EL BAR LA MAQUINA DE CAFE NO FUNCIONABA ..Y POR LA NOCHE LA PERSONA DE RECEPCION NO HABLABA EN INGLES ... NO DUDEN EN COMUNICARSE CONMIGO..GRACIAS
