Chic hotel, perfect location, kind staff comfy bed.
Pros:

Very kind and welcoming staff, gorgeous clean and chic hotel. The communal kitchen was fantastic for cooking on a rainy day. The room was simple, bright, light and the bed was comfortable. The staff was kind and attentive. Highly recommend.

Militiko Respite
Pros:

A really nice room in an excellent location. Pretty much right on the beach but also quiet. We looked for a long time around Himare without finding somewhat suited us & eventually were very lucky with Militiko. Very restful.

Hele fijne plek met zeer gezellige gezamenlijke keuken waardoor je ook de andere gasten ontmoet. Zeer centrale ligging en parkeerplek inclusief. Vriendelijke host.

Pros:

We enjoyed our stay overall. The room was clean, the beach was just a short walk away, and having private parking was very convenient.
The only issue was the location of our room. We stayed in the downstairs room, next to the shared kitchen and common area, so we could hear quite a lot of noise from people using the kitchen.
The other rooms seemed to have entrances from outside, so we think our room was probably the most affected by this.
Other than that, we had a nice stay.

Cons:

No sé ni por dónde empezar.

El mismo día de llegada nos cancelaron la reserva (pese a estar confirmada y recordándonos que teníamos penalización si la cancelabamos nosotros). Al pedir una justificación y alternativa (ya que nos quedábamos sin donde pernoctar) se limitaron a disculparse y decir que se trataba de un error y que no podían acomodarnos por overbooking.

I wormly suggest to skip this accommodation.
Cons:

The arrogance of the owner. She kept for three months our reservation and not even once she said that the room is on ground flor. At 9 pm the day of arrival she said that is our responsibility to ask where is the room and if we don’t like something we can go elsewhere. In the description is written that there is a terrace. No terrace only a path getting to the rooms. The description of the room is a joke.

Absolutely perfect stay!
Pros:

Militiko in Himarë is simply wonderful! It is run by a lovely couple whose hospitality truly stands out. The location is an absolute 10/10—just steps away from the beach and unbeatable if you are taking a boat tour, as departures from Spile Beach are literally a one-minute walk away.

Parking is convenient and well-managed; while the lot can get a bit tight during peak season, they always manage to find a spot and have helpful staff on hand to guide you in smoothly. We were especially thrilled and grateful for their exceptional service—even during the busy peak season, they graciously accommodated both our early check-in and late check-out. They also provide beach towels!

The rooms are very spacious and clean, and the well-equipped communal kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Despite our room being located right next to the kitchen, it was completely quiet with zero disturbance. Having stayed at a few different spots across South Albania, the air conditioning here was by far the most powerful and effective. Overall, an incredible stay and highly recommended!

Cons:

My only nitpick is with the directions. The directions to the place were a bit confusing, so needed some time figuring out where the place was. I called them on WhatsApp and they immediately responded. But a sign board near Bocca Restaurant would be really useful.

The location is the superstar of this property. It is very close to everything. 
Pros:

This was a beautiful property with a lovely shared kitchen and social area. We loved the location. It was in the center of everything, but it was hidden so you didn’t feel or hear the busyness of the main area.

Cons:

We were driving and the directions took us down some very tiny roads so that was a little stressful however, once we got there, there was plenty of room to park and it was a really cute area.

Haber encontrado rápido otro alojamiento

Cons:

Hay 2 habitaciones familiares pero en las fotos solo se ve bien la de 2 niveles. Pero cuando llegamos se nos había asignado otra, con todas las camas juntas, un espacio único muy poco acogedor, y no se pudo cambiar a pesar de haber llegado pronto y primeros.
En todo nuestro viaje por Albania fue la única mala experiencia que tuvimos a nivel de alojamiento. Cancelamos la reserva y buscamos otro alojamiento de última hora, porque no nos veíamos acabar el viaje en esta sala con camas sin ningún tipo de encanto.

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, está al lado de todo caminando. decoración hermosa de piezas y espacios comunes., toallas y ropa de cama con olor exquisito. Buena disposición del personal. Cocina y espacios comunes bien organizados.

Cons:

Cuesta un poco encontrar la entrada al parking pero con la ayuda del personal es más fácil. A mi me salieron a buscar
