Vecchia villa eoliana, in posizione centrale con una piscina bellissima con vista sul vulcano

Manutenzione generale alla struttura, sopratutto alla piscina lasciata in quasi completo abbandono, non ci sono spazi comuni vivibili, ad esempio con poltrone o divanetti.
