This accommodation experience, which I chose based on reviews and ratings, was extremely disappointing. It saddened me to see that these reviews weren't very accurate for those who, like me, relied on them as a guide; I wish everyone would write things as they are. As someone who has traveled to over 100 cities in 40 countries and stayed in countless hotels, I can say this was one of the worst I've ever stayed in, and my expectations were minimal. I suspect the high ratings and reviews were given because of the polite and respectful attitude of Tacettin and others, who were always ready to help – everyone was very kind and helpful. We stayed in a two-bedroom room. We were greeted by three pairs of dirty, used slippers; new ones were brought upon request, and this was just a preview of our three days there. The rooms were extremely neglected, the furniture old, and lacked hygiene. We waited 20 minutes for hot water to come to the shower. They brushed off every deficiency with explanations like, "This is a guesthouse, not everything can be provided," but now we are staying in another guesthouse in a different city, and we truly understand what a guesthouse experience should be like. The pillows were all clumped and looked like they were a thousand years old; I slept on my own back cushion, and it's not a cheap hotel, at least they could have replaced the pillows.

I'm writing this review so they understand that while their high-level service is very important, they also need to pay a little more attention to their already limited number of rooms. Of course, it's also so that those planning to go can see what to expect. I would like to thank the entire team, especially Tacettin and Bilal, for the high-level service they provided us. Tacettin's breakfast on the evening we arrived was a wonderful display of hospitality. However, the rooms urgently need renovation and attention to detail.

Accoglienza approssimativa a dir poco , il ragazzo alla reception era al cellulare e, solo dopo diversi minuti si è degnato di darci retta ma solo per chiedere i passaporti e come intendevamo pagare.
Sotto la finestra della nostra camera, c' erano 2 sacchi della spazzatura che piazzavano, la camera non era pulita e gli asciugamani erano sul mobiletto non piegati e non sembravano puliti.
Mi chiedo se ho sbagliato albergo o sé le recensioni che ho letto così belle e che mi hanno spinto a sceglierlo erano vere

浴室太小，熱水不夠熱

Kamer was een soort grot, zeer authentiek. Eigenlijk mooi om te zien, maar helaas heel erg vochtig. De badkamer was slecht, geen plek om badspul te kunnen leggen en overal werd nat tot aan het toilet toe.

Tout était bien

Wat ons betreft hebben wij geen slechte ervaring meegemaakt.

the direct access to the town center was very close but one had to climb about 5 flights of stairs and at night they are very dangerous because in the bad state of repair. it is better to take a taxi

- durch die alten Mauern ist es sehr feucht im Zimmer und im Bad (aber das hält man für 2-3 Tage locker aus)
- die Anfahrt und das Parken kann ein Problem sein. Man sollte schon ein geübter Fahrer sein. Es ist sehr steil und eng. Man parkt quasi am Berg.
- das WLAN ging nicht immer
