Cons:

Звукоизоляция ужасная! Пьяные мужчины орали и ругались матом, били в стену! В ванной комнате из унитаза снизу вытекает содержимое унитаза после использования! Приходилось бумагу и полотенце слать! Запах ужасный! А кран в ванной вообще хамотан изолентой.
