Gute Lage, das wars. Schlechteste Buchung jemals.

Die Lage

AC hat gut funktioniert, Toilette auch.

Parkplatz für PKW vorhanden.

Cons:

Zu aller erst, die Armaturen und Dichtungen waren verschimmelt ( Bild anbei )

Das Personal war dem ganzen gleichgültig eingestellt, "Gebäude wird vom Besitzer eh verkauft ". Keine Instanthaltung geboten.

Die Fenster gingen nicht voll auf, Kabel hingen herunter, das angegebene Spa ist eine Thaimassageanlage, wurde auch nie was anderes angeboten oder wonstiges, die Lichter gingen zu 50% nicht, ebenso wie die Steckdosen.

Matratze war federkern, furchtbarer Komfort.

Man hatte keine Ersatzdecke im ganzen Haus, eine pro Bett.

Der Monitor / der "TV", der nichtmal angeschlossen war, funktionierte nicht.

Überall Staub der da sein MUSSTE, bevor wir da waren.

Die Dusche hatte nicht genug Druck, heißes Wasser war nach 2 Minuten da.

Bringt euch Toilettenpapier mit, es gab eine Rolle für 8 Tage und 2 Personen.

Ich hatte mehrfach den Schimmel angesprochen, es wurde sich nie drum gekümmert, 2 mal habe ich drum gebeten das man das Zimmer wechseln dürfte, das erste mal sagte man "morgen" dann wieder "morgen", das war man genervt und zeigte uns eine noch ekelhaftere Bude. Ohne Worte. Der Schimmel wurde dort nicht jahrelang behandelt.

Locatie is top op loopafstand oud Tblisi met gezellig
Voetgangersstraatje met restaurantjes/terrasjes om de hoek. Ruime vierpersoons familiekamer, goede faciliteiten.

Cons:

Het hotel is gevestigd in een oud historisch pand en heeft daarmee ook oude buisleidingen. Soms lijkt doucheputje vaccuum te trekken waardoor geuroverlast kan ontstaan die door beheerder overigens weer wordt opgelost. Het heeft ons vetblijf niet gehinderd.

Чистота, работающий кондиционер, приветливая, чуткая, очень хорошая хозяйка! Рядом все магазины, в шаговой доступности метро. Тихое, спокойное место! Кстати нам разрешили проживание с нашим котиком)) это редкая услуга, но особо ценная для нас! Желаем процветания и всего хорошего❤️

Worst hotel and staff i have experienced.

Cons:

The rooms strongly smell mold. So much that it was not possible to be there. Of course i could not live there, but the staff absolutely refused to give me back any money. So i had to book another normal hotel and left without any money or help.

Performans/ Fiyat seçeneği.
Pros:

Merkezi, çalışan arkadaş son derece güler yüzlü. Köpeğimle konakladık, sorunsuzdu. Kendilerine ait otopark mevcut. Yine tercih ederim.

Cons:

Oda havasızdı biraz bir de caddeden trafik gürültüsünü alıyordu.
