Gros problème de propreté
Pros:

Le personnel est très sympathique et réactif et l'emplacement est pratique.

Cons:

C’était extrêmement sale et il y avait un problème d'odeur de canalisations sur le palier. Les draps étaient tachés, avec des poils et des cheveux, et une de nos chambres ėtait impregnée d'une odeur de renfermé.

Pleasant but be prepared for it to be loud
Pros:

The location is fantastic, a great suite with support from front desk staff when needed. For the price point, it was a great selection given the location, and cleanliness of the property.

Cons:

The property is very loud, naturally in the heart of a busy neighbourhood but beyond that, it felt like the glass was very thin, we asked front desk for ear plugs which helped.

NO VAYAN, por el precio hay mejores opciones
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, le quedan cerca muchas cosas, puedes ir caminando por comida y en general no había ruido en la calle, por lo que estuvo muy tranquilo. Las instalaciones muy bonitas y está cómodo para ir con amigos.

Cons:

El servicio. Cuando llegamos nos dijeron que había un depósito extra que después nos devolverían en caso de que hubiera algún daño. Esto lo entiendo, pero en ningún lado lo decía explícitamente. Pedí que me mostraran la evidencia de en dónde decía, pero ni siquiera en su "evidencia" se explicaba como tal. Si van a pedir un depósito pónganlo en donde se lea desde el primer momento. Así le hacen todos los hospedajes y tú decides si lo tomas o no. Aquí fue casi una obligación y si lo decía estaba super escondido. ¿Por? Desde que llegamos no hubo luz y tuvimos que subir las maletas 4 pisos por las escaleras. Entiendo que esas son cosas que no están en su control, pero en la noche, por ende, no había agua ya que no se llenó la cisterna. Nunca hubo de su parte una intención de pedir una pipa o la atención de darnos agua. Era un viaje compartido, obviamente necesitábamos agua. Tuvimos que incurrir en gastos extras para 1. Ir a un lugar con internet y 2. Ir por un garrafón de agua para lavarnos dientes, jalar la cadena, etc. Suelo ser muy paciente y comprensiva con estas cosas, pero la falta de solución de su parte es lo que molesta. El check-out es a las 10 a.m. Lo mínimo que pudieron haber hecho era dejarnos al menos una hora más para salir con calma. 9:55 llegaron a tocar la puerta muy fuerte (cuando ya estábamos por salir) solo para que pudieran empezar su limpieza. Al salir nos dijeron que el depósito nos lo devolvían después de las 2, una vez que revisaran que todo estaba en orden. Esto obviamente genera desconfianza, después de todo lo que pasó ¿no podían ir a revisarlo en ese momento y darnos nuestro dinero antes de irnos? Nos quedamos con una muy mala impresión porque el lugar no estuvo precisamente barato y no llegó a cumplir lo mínimo de lo que pagamos. Por el precio les prometo que hay mejores hospedajes.

Prima accommodatie.
Pros:

De ligging was prima, in een leuke buurt. Het appartement was ruim en heeft een balkon.

Cons:

Zoals bijna overal in Mexico-Stad was er aan de straatkant veel verkeerslawaai. Omdat er geen airco is, moet je de deuren wel openzetten. Anders wordt het veel te warm. Verder was de verlichting in de keuken erg slecht.

Pros:

The staff on the desk were very friendly and helpful and were there when we checked in very late - after midnight. The apartment was comfortable and spacious. The apartment was a short walk to several restaurants.
