Great apartment in a lovely neighbourhood!

Location, spaciousness, having 2 bathrooms, attentive staff, laundry facilities, secure building, walk in wardrobe.

Cons:

One shower leaked a lot when used, and sometimes the second bathroom smelled. The main ensuite was very small

El staff es muy amable, tiene estacionamiento, esta comodo y limpio, bien ubicado tambien.
Super buena atencion. Buena comunicacion.

Cons:

Tomar en cuenta que piden un deposito de $2,000.00 se te regresa al irte pero si se paga con tarjeta tarde el reembolso.
Te piden que esperes 5 minutos al hacer el check out porque revisan la habitacion, lo cual esta bien pero en mi caso no me avidaron antes y yo ya iba tarde al aeropuerto, si me hubieran dicho les hubiera pedido que subieran con anticipacion para salir a tiempo.

La ubicación, nada más.

Cons:

El ingreso es difícil, hay que esperar alrededor de 20 minutos para que alguien abra. Check in es 4 pm, por lo menos una hora más tarde del estándar y check out 10 am, 2 horas antes del estándar, es casi un by hour. El olor a químicos de la habitación es muy profundo. La tarifa para días entre semana se incrementó más de tres veces imaginando que aprovechan la alta demanda del mundial. Las toallas necesitan reemplazo. Hay alguien tomando muy malas decisiones.

La ubicación es excepcional

Cons:

Tal vez el ruido de la calle por el bar cercano, esta vez nos tocó departamento con vista a la calle. También el hecho de que en esta ocasión no hubo buena comunicación por medio de WhatsApp.
