Відпочивали родиною. Дуже гарні господарі. Зустріли, все розповіли. Презенти в номері( вода, вино, щоколад). А особливе це є ліфт. На 4 поверх. Гарне розташування в оливковому саду. Багато квітів. Не жарко. Кондиціонер не вмикали. Дуже гарно провели час і відпочили.

Чудесное месторасположение: 3 минуты через оливковую рощу до пляжа и кафе. Очень чисто. Продумано все до мелочей- есть ощущение, что тебя здесь ждали! Халаты, тапочки, вода, и приятный комплимент. Отличная косметика. Все очень удобно и продумано. Хотели остаться еще, но не было мест.

Все було дуже затишно, чисто та комфортно, а до моря — зовсім недалеко. Окремо хочеться відзначити дивовижну увагу господарів до деталей: нас зустріли з приємним компліментом при заселенні, а при виїзді здивували чудовим локальним гостинцем! Господарі надзвичайно чуйні, завжди були на зв'язку та допомагали в усьому, що нам було потрібно. Щиро рекомендую це місце!

Beautiful apartment hotel set in an olive grove, just a short walk from the sea. The apartment fully matched the photos and was spotlessly clean. Room is perfect for a couple, but can accommodate three as well.

I would also like to express my special thanks to the host for her kindness and support when my son needed medical attention. She recommended the right hospital and specialist, and thanks to her advice, my son received treatment very quickly. We are truly grateful for her care and willingness to help.

Понравилось абсолютно всё, сервис супер, кондиционер для белья очень вкусно пахнет, мы постирали вещи, это удобно. Кровати тоже отличные, на диване специальный матрас. Вид с балкона на оливковую рощу. Хозяйка предоставила нам оливковое масло собственного производства, а также был велком дринк в виде вина, сока и воды, что приятно удивило. Это было супер, особенно после дальней дороги из Сербии. На 4 этаже есть открытая терраса с видом на море и закат.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeberin war herzlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Lage und Zimmer waren perfekt. Wir haben uns durchgehend sehr wohlgefühlt.

We really liked the hospitality that we encountered here. Genuine and not expected nowadays anymore. 🥹 All the compliments to Beltiza who hosted us. 💓 Other than that we loved how everything was new and how classy and comfortable was the entire interior of the apartment. We had all the amenities we could think of- already provided. Nothing to ask for extra. Location is another story- such a quiet and peaceful place in the middle of olive trees. An unreal setup. Walking distance to the beach plus short drive away from so many other beautiful beaches too. In this area I saw cleanest and most beautiful sea water I could see elsewhere in Montenegro.🙏🏼

Нам с мужем все очень понравилось Место очень удачное отель находится в тени, благодаря оливковой роще. Отель совсем новый. Видно, что все сделано качественно. До пляжа 3-4 минуты пешком. Вода прозрачная, галечный пляж. Хозяйке хочется сказать отдельное спасибо, невероятно отзывчивый человек. Планируем вернуться сюда в сентябре.

We had a wonderful stay at OleaMar Apart Hotel and would happily return. The apartment is modern, spotless, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is peaceful, with restaurants, shops, and a lovely local beach just a short walk away.

What truly makes this place special is the exceptional hospitality. The owner is incredibly kind, caring, and genuinely dedicated to making guests feel at home. She thoughtfully provided a baby cot and potty for our daughter, topped up our coffee capsules when we ran out, and even offered us an extra night free of charge when our toddler became unwell.

It's rare to find such warmth and generosity. OleaMar feels more like staying with family than at a hotel. We highly recommend it and hope to return again soon.

Все очень понравилось. Сам отель располагается в оливкой роще, что очень красиво.
В номере было все, что нужно:
- смарт телевизор
- небольшая кухонька, в которой все было
- очень удобный кровати
- много современной мебели для вещей
- лифт, что очень удобно с чемоданами
- премиальные средства гигиены
- кондиционер в каждой комнате
- просторная терраса (у нас была с видом на море)
Утюг также есть, но по запросу. Очень отзывчивые хозяева, в беде не бросят.
Будьте осторожны, если ехать с юга побережья на север, то навигатор строит поворот с главной дороги, но там сплошная и надо ехать немного дальше для разворота.

Äärimmäisen rauhallinen, loistavat pimennysverhot, mukavan viileää, hyvä sänky. Sijainti hankala, jos ei ole autoa. Emme kokeneet sitä kuitenkaan ongelmaksi auton kanssa.

Sehr schönes Apartment in einem tollen Neubau, mitten in einem Olivenhain. Von der 3. Etage aus hat man einen tollen Ausblick über die Baumkronen der alten Olivenbäume zur Bucht! Umgeben von einem sehr gepflegten Garten, in 3 Minuten geht’s zum Strand. Dort befinden sich auch gute Restaurants. Auch ein kleiner Supermarkt ist zu Fuß erreichbar.

Das Thema „Olivenhain“ ist auch im Interior Design konsequent umgesetzt. Die Türen, die Einbauküche und sogar das Plaid auf dem Bett sind olivgrün ;) Kompliment an die sympathischen Besitzer der Anlage!
