Se come muy bien en la cafetería enfrente de recepción. Tiene mucha animación tanto para adultos como para niños.
La piscina infinita es espectacular, unas vistas increíbles y la otra piscina para los niños es estupenda!

Cons:

Las camas muy incómodas.
El buffet no es bueno, poca variedad y la comida no está muy buena.
Los mojitos malisimos.
No tienen redbull ni bebidas energéticas.

Très belles piscines et cadre exceptionnel pour les familles, mais une restauration décevante et plu

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille. Notre fils a adoré les piscines, en particulier le circuit rivière qui est vraiment génial. L'ensemble des jardins est magnifique, très bien entretenu et riche en fleurs, ce qui rend le cadre particulièrement agréable. La chambre était confortable, spacieuse et offrait une superbe vue. La piscine à débordement est splendide et le bar de la piscine, ouvert toute la journée, est un véritable plus.

Cons:

Le buffet est assez répétitif et les plats sont souvent trop gras. Malgré une certaine variété, la qualité de la nourriture n'était pas toujours au rendez-vous. Nous avons également été surpris par le supplément demandé pour le changement des serviettes de piscine ainsi que par le prix élevé du parking.
L'hôtel montre par ailleurs quelques signes de vétusté et les animations manquent d'intérêt. Nous n'avons reçu quasiment aucune communication concernant le club enfants, ce qui est dommage pour les familles. Dans notre chambre, le sol était régulièrement mouillé en raison d'une climatisation défectueuse.
Enfin, le personnel reste professionnel mais gagnerait à être plus souriant et chaleureux. Nous avons parfois eu l'impression que l'accueil manquait d'enthousiasme.
