Beautiful hotel, stunning location, but evening service needs improvement.
Pros:

A beautiful hotel in a stunning location, surrounded by wonderful scenery. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious!

Cons:

The kitchen closes at 7 PM, which seems quite strange for a hotel with its own restaurant. The bar and reception also close at 8:30 PM.

During our stay, there was a power surge that triggered the security alarm. Our room was on the ground floor, and the alarm kept sounding loudly for an entire hour. It was not only very disturbing but also quite frightening, as we had no idea whether there was a serious emergency.

We tried calling all the phone numbers displayed at reception, but nobody answered. Eventually, I found the owner's phone number on Booking.com and called directly, and the issue was resolved. However, the whole situation was rather strange and concerning, especially since there was no staff available to help.

Pros:

Amplasamentul hotelului, calitatea restaurari clădirii, existenta parcării proprii bine amenajate

Cons:

Calitatea saltelelor paturilor, apartamentul este mic pentru trei adulți. MIcul dejun haotic organizat, existând momente în care, dacă ajungeai un pic mai târziu, nu prea mai aveai ce sa mănânci. Lipsa personalului în această perioadă își spunea cuvântul. Camerele care au ferestre deasupra terasei nu pot ține geamurile deschise datorita fumului de la mese.

The location is perfect! The very green courtyard full of plants and the fountain is very nice. The rooms are large and comfortable.

Very nice location in an amazing area!
Pros:

The property is very nice, the room are very spacious and I loved the fact that they are preserving the old look of the building. It is very clean, and I loved the terraces that are in the park.

Cons:

For a 4 starts hotel the breakfast was not so satisfying. Maybe they were overwhelmed by the number of guests.

Micul dejun servit in farfuriute pentru copii de gradinita si meniul tot pentru ei (orez cu lapte, macaroane, mamaliga). Bucatarul era liber iar managerul lipsea, de locatie se ocupa doua fetite si un baiat cam de 21 ani si 2 cameriste, depasiti de situatiile aparute, dar amabili. Daca managerul crede ca asa se face turism...
