Personalo kaip ir nebuvo.Neveikė kondicionierius,labai mažos pagalvės

The hotel room is absurdly small, so was the bathroom - there is literally no place to leave any toyleteries, (towels few and small). It was bad weather, and resort simply shuts down and there is barely anything functioning. (outside bar, boats a sea equipment rental all closed) and within one night (i reserved 3) me and my son understood we couldn't stay there it would be claustrofobic, and outside dead (again bungalows that hold several people and seem from the outside very spacious may provide a different experience for guests) . there is no reception, so we went to the restaurant to advise the one person we found we were leaving, and ask how - which she said just leave the key on the door, we did and i planned to contact later. what came next was the worse part of the whole experience, i contacted the property for them to evaluate a refund even if partial, and yes they could have said no, but then their almost immediate response was contact Booking (fair enough) i did , eventually booking responded to me via writing several times and by calling me that they were trying to request on my behalf but they were getting no response whatsoever, i tried again to contact the property i did it 3 times and they didn't respond at all- total silence. this is the worse part, when you have tourism you need to address your guests even unsatisfied ones.

Kambarys labai mažytis ir neturėjo atidaromų langų, tik stoglangį - jį vyras galėjo atidaryti tik užlipęs ant lovos naudodamas drabužių pakabą (daugiau nebuvo kaip). Pasisekė, kad priskrido tik uodų, nes jei būtų liję, būtume miegoję šlapiai.

Duše galėtų būti lentynėlė prausimosi priemonėms pasidėti

One small suggestion for an even better guest experience: I only learned on my second day that the local tap water is not recommended for drinking due to the local water quality. It might be helpful to place a small note in the rooms or at check-in so that first time visitors are aware from the beginning. Just a minor suggestion, everything else about my stay was excellent.
