Brand new renovated room, very clean. Very comfortable bed. AC working very well. Nice hot shower. Included breakfast between 7 and 9 and they will prepare in a box if you need to leave earlier.
Upon arrival they told me that there is 3,5% credit card fee, but on the booking.com app it says no fee. They insisted the fee so I paid cash, as I had no other choice. However, 7 cent would be round up to 1 dollar which I think is very unreasonable. Later I talked to another woman (who seems like to be the boss) and after explanation she accepted card payment without fee.
I had a very unexpected and unpleasant situation with Araam View Hotel.
I booked two nights and the morning of the arrival I contacted the property to let them know my arrival time. My flight was landing at 22.00pm and I told them I would be at the hotel before 23.00pm. They replied and said: Okay, noted.
Due to this reply I thought everything was arranged. Couldn't be more wrong. I got to the hotel before 23.00pm, as said, and I couldn't do the check in because the hotel was fully booked. THERE WERE NO ROOMS AVAILABLE.
The employees were very embarrassed about the situation. It felt like it wasn't the first time. I felt sorry for them to be working for an unpresentable owner.
I texted the owner but not answering at all. What a cower.
It was almost midnight and they didn't give me any solution. I walked around the area to find a place to sleep but everything was either fully booked or closed.
Please, be careful if you're thinking of booking at this place. I wouldn't do it if I were you.

El desayuno tiene únicamente salchichas, pan y unos trozos de naranja, y te pueden hacer una tortilla, pero nada más.

I would also like to commend the Nepalese receptionist, who was exceptionally friendly, professional, and always greeted guests with a warm smile. Their positive attitude made my stay more enjoyable.
When I reported the air conditioning issue in my original room, the staff responded promptly and kindly arranged for me to move to a better room. I really appreciated their effort to resolve the problem and ensure my comfort throughout my stay.

Room was not that clean ... Toilet wasn't good
Room was smelling... Balcony .. so called balcony wasn't good ... Over all ... The room is not at all worth for the money paid... This is my point of view only... May be some people may like it .. but for me... Other places I have tried ... Better than this for the same money ... I don't want tell this and make there bussiness affected... I'm telling this for there improvement... Sorry if this hurts
