Pros:

I would also like to commend the Nepalese receptionist, who was exceptionally friendly, professional, and always greeted guests with a warm smile. Their positive attitude made my stay more enjoyable.
When I reported the air conditioning issue in my original room, the staff responded promptly and kindly arranged for me to move to a better room. I really appreciated their effort to resolve the problem and ensure my comfort throughout my stay.

Staffs were good ...

Cons:

Room was not that clean ... Toilet wasn't good
Room was smelling... Balcony .. so called balcony wasn't good ... Over all ... The room is not at all worth for the money paid... This is my point of view only... May be some people may like it .. but for me... Other places I have tried ... Better than this for the same money ... I don't want tell this and make there bussiness affected... I'm telling this for there improvement... Sorry if this hurts

Cons:

The stay was overall acceptable, but a few points need improvement.
The main issue was a stain on the bedsheets when I arrived, which was disappointing for a hotel of this category.
Aside from that, the room and the service were fine, but cleanliness should definitely be taken more seriously.
